There was a sticky spot in our floor and two of us had to use the same two towels all 3 days we were there. It would have been nice to have more than two bath towels for two people for 3 days.

A/C didn’t work. Stuck on 78 and set on 68. Faucet for the bath was about to fall off. Most lamps didn’t even turn on. Seems like they just painted over a old hotel. For the same price you could find somewhere way better to stay.

This hotel is simply disgusting! The facilities are dirty. The furniture is not only old but basted. The towels are yellow, and the facilities are simply falling apart. This hotel needs a lot of maintenance. One positive factor was the staff. They were very welcoming!

The bed was very comfortable and the firm pillows were the absolute best . My friend and I were pleased with all their amenities also loved that they always had coffee available and some fruits to eat. The team was always readily available to assist us and with a smile

Mustafah and Simon are great at the front desk. Stayed almost 6 months while working a project in Georgetown. They took good care of me. Staff friendly and pleasant. Plenty of local establishments close for eating out , stores are conveniently located. I had no issues staying here and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

At arrival they could not find my room so they had to get a manager there and they did not give me the bedroom i had booked because they said they were already full. My sister and i both did reservations before arriving and they had canceled hers without letting her know. There were also 2 men there, who i believe were family of the manager because they were grabbing items from the "store" they have available and did not pay for the items they took. The showers were horrible, they had paste on them from where they "fixed" it. The water was not very hot, and the faucet would've fell off if I would've kept using it. In the morning, while we were still sleeping the janitor walked into our room! Horrible experience. Do not recommend.
