I am out $172 for a room I did not use. Neither Trip.com or the hotel would not change my date. I called & they would not help me. Next, I reached out to trip.com. The hotel responded with they would not change the date. Never will I use this hotel. Buyer beware. Not-our-problem attitude. Will not use trip.com again, either. BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE

I liked that it was clean and the room was spacious. There wasn't a lot of menu, but the breakfast was delicious. Walmart was also located nearby, so it was convenient to buy things. What was disappointing was that the power to the air conditioner was broken and wouldn't turn off... so the air conditioner kept running... so it was a bit cold at night. Still, I think it is a good value hotel and I recommend it.

Great hotel. We have stayed here several times. Our go to spot in Round Rock/Austin. Very nice clean rooms. Quiet. Breakfast is always great.

Everything was great except for bed. We are used to nice memory foam mattress at home. Our bed was like sleeping on a bed of rocks! But room is excellent. Hotel is clean. It has a nice smell of cleanliness. Attendant was very friendly and jovial. Nice hotel (just make the bed more comfy).

Clean and Quiet stay. Will definitely stay again. The check-in host was amazing, made you feel welcomed

Nice refreshed property. Shockingly quiet rooms! I’ve stayed in hotels from zero to 5 stars around the world, this one was as quiet as I’ve ever been in. I even mentioned it to another guest and they concurred. It was right off 2 freeways and yet we heard zero traffic, nothing from the hallways and super minor foot falls from above. Very clean. Extensive breakfast. Great dark blinds. Would not hesitate to recommend. Super easy getting on and off highways and ample food options within walking or few minutes drive.

I booked through *******. The room they gave me was close to rode side, so it is too much noice. Unable to sleep. It is between Texas 45 and I 35. Asked to give another room. The front desk told me they cannot do it because I booked by third party. After checked in try to get some coffee, the coffee is cold. Ask the front desk she told me sorry, nothing can make right now. We will make it tomorrow. Request for 1 hour extension to check out, due to my business meeting, she said no there is no extension. I need to check out 11.00. I am holiday inn priority member. I am member more than 20 years. Never happen like this before.

Great stay everything is near by the girl who checked me in was so friendly, the bed killed my back but other that it was a good stay

It was a comfortable stay. Conveniently located but the area seems sketchy. We arrived around midnight and there was nobody at the desk. We had to wait around for a while before we were able to check-in, which was frustrating because we called ahead. The hotel itself is clean and breakfast was good. It's just off the freeway with plenty of restaurants and businesses nearby.

All and all, it was very nice, the only complaint was the cinnamon roles were a bit dry and that is one of the reasons I stay at Holiday Inn Express is the free breakfast and cinnamon roles.

Had a fantastic 2-day stay at this hotel. Started off fantastic when calling at 9:30am on check-in date and asking Robin for early check-in. She kindly found a 2 queen room without sitting area available at 10:30am (well ahead of the typical early check-in time). I mentioned that I preferred a single king with a sitting area but would accept what she had available. Upon arriving at 10:30, Robin greeted us personally and shared that she found a king room with sitting area ready immediately. Perfect! Room was great with everything comfortable within the room. Only complaint were the loud heater unit and the occasional loud vehicle passing out front. Not much the hotel can do about either. Breakfast was hot and provided good variety. Only frustration was that the hinged lids on the hot food items all seemed to be very weak so the lids would not easily stay open when removing food. I even dropped my plate of food on the floor the first morning when fighting the lid. Learned my lesson on day 2 though. We enjoyed use of the gym as well. Adequate and comfortable setup. Water dispenser was a real plus for our comfort too.

Shower/tub didnt have plug. Staff brought one but it didnt fit.
