1. Hotel rooms are not hygiene 2. They not providing at-least a complimentary packaged drinking water, it's a really very bad service. 3. Room charges is very high but not as per the standard. 4. Hot water option is not available at washroom. 5. Room telephone was not working 6. Ac power on was not available at room. Ac power option managed at hotel reception point. For ac on we need to tell them again and again to on the ac. 7. Room has very bad smell. 8. First i have booked for 3 nights, after that booked offline for 2 days, they have charged an extra amount for that 2000- above for a night
9. I never choose this hotel again for stay and never suggest anybody to stay there. 10. Really overall y worst experience

Staffs are not professional. Rooms were not ready, but let out for stay. Cupboard inside bathroom is ridiculous. No dressing table. Pathetic accounting by receptionist.

it was a pleasant experience there. Pleased at room service. staffs were very professional. Room was very neat and clean. just one request, put bright light in room. Wish to come soon here again in coming days. Thanks The Prestige hotel and Convention

Worst experience.. Owners sorry but u need to hire good manager . Your manager ashok does not know how to handle guest complain. he don't know to train staff how to talk to guest , u are just wasting ur money of him. waiter doesn't even know how to serve water , how to take order. food was served on chipped plates. Don't want write more we had a very bad experience . I am feeling very sorry prestige was one of spot where we enjoy our time just because u have a very gud server saroj .But today the manager spoiled everything we will make sure no one else doesn't spoil there gud time and it happened with us today . If u want maintain realtionship with your guest terminate this manager on immediate basis they are just spoiling your and hotel name.
