The room is small, the facilities are old, and the sink is yellow. The smoke alarm went off when we were using the hair dryer normally. The hotel manager came and asked us angrily, telling us that they had notified the fire brigade and would make us bear the cost. Firefighters came, checked the situation, and left without saying anything. The fact is that the alarm is too old and reacts to a little moisture. The surface has become very yellow. This incident seriously affected our mood. At check out we were given an invoice for 1000 euros. Said it was the cost of having the firefighters come over. It's just extortion and robbery.

The location is very good, the service is friendly, and the breakfast variety is not too many. I am satisfied!

The front desk of the hotel is very friendly. The environment and facilities are very good. It is close to the street and is very convenient. There is a bus to Santa Claus Village near the hotel. It is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. Highly recommended.

Everything is normal, the price is a bit expensive and not worth it in the peak season.

Great location wise. Simple interiors. Has a spa etc. Breakfast also spread is decent and big. No bell boy service. Carry ur own bags in and out of the hotel. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly at the reception.all other restaurants etc is walking distance.

Definitely my favourite hotel in Rovaniemi. Lovely and cosy in the winter - I haven’t tried it in the summer. Rooms are warm and comfortable. Shower was good, beds were nice and soft. Not a huge amount of space but absolutely enough. The receptionists are lovely and the hotel is in an excellent location. At certain times of year, it’s extortionately overpriced, but that’s down to tourist demand. The attached bar and restaurant are excellent. Bar has a good selection of beers and a good atmosphere. Likewise the restaurant, while somewhat expensive, is also very nice with delicious food and a superb atmosphere. I had the tasting menu with the wine pairing which was all fantastic. Great hotel, and my go-to when visiting Rovaniemi. 4.5/5

My visit to this place was far from pleasant. The small room felt claustrophobic, and the red-haired waitress made it worse by loudly reprimanding me for bringing a yogurt from an outside store, despite my dinner being prepaid. To add insult to injury, the breakfast food was practically inedible. A regrettable experience overall.

Excellent location in the city center of Rovaniemi. The hotel itself is rather functionally furnished, but offers all the amenities which a traveller might need. The breakfast is excellent and prepares you well for a day of exploration in Lapland. The friendly staff is an enormous asset - they helped us a few times with taxi bookings and even helped us to find an intercity bus schedule. The only downside is a somewhat neglected maintenance - there’s quite a bit of wall chipping which is probably a result of customers hitting them with big bags. However, those do not diminish the experience. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Rovaniemi is a small city so I’m not sure what the other hotels are like. While the service and location of this hotel was excellent, I didn’t understand the 4star hotel rating. There were holes in the curtains, the conditioner was almost empty when we arrived, there was no hand lotions, the shower rack was falling off the wall. There’s no safe in the room so we had to travel everywhere with our passports and valuables. I just expected a bit nicer accommodation for a 4star hotel. Again, the staff were friendly and the room was clean so I don’t want to seem ungrateful.

We choose a twin standard room with additional bed for our 7 years old son, and it felt a bit crowded in the room, but since we did not spend so much time inside, it was not a problem. The room was clean, had a lot of amenities, including hot coco which was really appreciated by our son. The breakfast offered a variety of food. We had half board, so we also had dinner at the hotel, which was also fine. The staff was very friendly. We arrived with a big group, earlier than the check-in hours and were not able to get our rooms. I was a bit surprised that they were not prepared for this scenario, with a proper room for luggage and dressing up. We could leave our luggage next to the sauna. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I recommend it.

Amazing location, comfortable hotel....Very courteous staff When you are here....u are in the heart of the city, you are close to everything.... Restaurants, Shopping mall, activities. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast is pretty good.
