Santasport Resort Reviews

We visited for our honeymoon. The staff, Viljami, welcomed us kindly and provided us with fruit and other services. Thank you. Although the location is a little far from the city center, it was not inconvenient because I took an Uber when I traveled anyway. It's not a top-of-the-line facility, but it's a cost-effective place in Rovaniemi, where the accommodation is expensive. However, breakfast did not meet expectations.

Santasport Hotel is an integrated resort with accommodation, trekking, skiing, bike riding, snowboarding and many other winter activities. They have track for all the activities and it was an enjoyable trip to explore the woods during winter. The hotel has a bowling alley, swimming pool and sauna. It also has a cafe Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff are friendly and helpful. They attend to all guests need and never fail to impress. Room size was reasonable and they also have a clothes drying cabinet. Bed is comfy and I had good sleeps. Breakfast was good with quality soread. Will return to Santasport Hotel if I come for my winter holiday in Rovaniemi.

This so-called hotel is actually an apartment for athletes. The comfort of the bed is not very good, there are few breakfast options, the room heating is not good, and the overall experience is average.

It's pretty good. The location is a bit remote and inconvenient without a car. Everything else is pretty good!

Very suitable for families with children, many recreational facilities, and a full range of breakfast options! It is convenient to call Uber when traveling. The only room design is a bit complicated and confusing. Overall recommended!

A hotel similar to a local gym, complete with kitchen utensils

We stayed in a superior family room for 2 adults and 2 children the room was big and clean all of the amenities you could want were provided. We only stayed a night but would be more than happy to stay longer.

Service at the reception was very friendly and nice. Bed was very good. Room was clean and all basic things were available. A little noisy on the aisles, because it's a family destination. Service at the restaurant was on two totally different levels. The Finnish guy at the counter was arrogant and rude, but a foreign man who brought us our food, was very friendly and customer service oriented. The food was totally delicious!

Had a brilliant stay. The location is amazing with a nature trail across the road for sledging/walking. The hotel had lots going on for the children. Breakfast was good. Beds could have been more comfortable, and a bit more choice of food in the restaurant in the evening. Would go back :)

Couldn’t fault it . Beds super comfy , room well stocked. Breakfast was great , staff super friendly and so much for families /kids to do . Whole hotel really clean and lovely area outside to go exploring . Would go back in a heartbeat .

Food was ok. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and our room a bit small for 3 people but overall it was ok for it's price.

Breakfast is below par compared to any other hotel. It’s also not so close to public transport so be ready to take few expensive taxi rides. The hotel itself is clean.

The hotel was clean and our room had everything we needed. Good pool and spa facilities.
