Family-friendly Hotels in Rovinj

The rooms are clean and spacious, with oversized balconies. The hotel has a variety of facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, saunas, gyms, SPA, etc., while looking at the sea and the forest, it is actually very suitable for a few days on vacation. Third time at this hotel and we still LOVE it!!! It's designed for young families, to perfection. It's not cheap, but what you get are gorgeous rooms, top class service, amazing food (not repetitive, even over 2 weeks). And a kids club that is out of thir world. It's like all the fun bits of school in a safe and secure environment with highly qualified staff. We caught the road train into the town, which is also beautiful. We also did a few other activities, olive oli tasting at Cadenela and the medieval theme park, both amazing. The camp site next door has had a LOT of investment and more to come that looks very exciting. Even on a rainy day, which we had a couple in 2 weeks, there is still plenty to do. Indoor swimming is big enough to accommodate everyone. The staff and can't do enough for you, they really make this place special.

Dinner is good, breakfast is good, the room is clean enough, the beach behind the hotel is very comfortable, the main town of Rovinj is too beautiful, you can consider staying here for two consecutive nights, the parking is free, you need to walk for 5 minutes, suitable for children, floor The pool and the outdoor pool are very good, it is recommended to go

This is such an amazing hotel in the heart of old town Rovinj. Our family loved the rooms, especially the decor. The staff was very helpful and we were very pleased with our stay. There is not an elevator or lift, so if you are traveling with older family members or anyone who can't handle stairs, make sure to request a room that is not difficult to get to with luggage.

A pleasant family resort with apartments and a campsite. The surroundings are nicely arranged, clean and maintained. The resort has 2 types of apartments, newer and older. We stayed in older apartments for 2+1 persons. The apartment is small and basically equipped with a small kitchen, a dining table and a bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with kitchen utensils (opener, cutter, etc.). Glasses, plates, forks, etc. are exactly for the number of people per apartment (in our case for 3 people). The beds are not comfortable, they need a new yogi. The balcony is large and spacious. The cleanliness of the apartment is very poor. The cleaners are constantly going around the apartments, but the cleanliness in the room is very, very bad. If we had at least a broom in our apartment, we could sweep yourself. The balcony was not swept even once during the whole week (we had a storm on the second day of our stay and it was like that until we left). Towels are changed as needed every day. Change of bed linen once a week. The staff is very polite and friendly, but not very dedicated to work (not all of them, of course). The resort has a restaurant that offers buffet breakfast and dinner. They offer a wide variety of food like cold food, front kitchen, fruits, desserts, etc. but the food offering is a bit boring as it only changes a little daily. The basis is chicken, potatoes and pizza (in different ways) - every day. Of course, you can also get soup, fish and other meat, pasta, etc. The food tastes like a canteen, tasteless and poorly prepared. My opinion is that the value/quality is very poor. There are few parking spaces next to the apartments, so cars park right on the green and next to the road - which is not allowed. A large number of parking spaces are located a short distance from the apartments. All bars in the resort are open until 19:00. After this hour, only the main bar under the restaurant remains open. Animation is organized there in the evenings. Getting a table requires patience and a quick ”jump” to the table. The animation for children is very good and there is a large offer (video games, mini golf, water animation, etc...) The animators are hardworking and resourceful. I think that for a resort with 4* and a rather high price of accommodation, the quality of the offer is very poor.

I stayed at the Villas Rubin hotel in May for two nights HB. Accommodation was in a bungalow on the ground floor. This is probably the reason why you smell a bit of moisture. The room and bathroom were clean. Sufficient number of towels that were changed every day. The bathroom has a hairdryer and toiletries, but no alarm button. The closet has many hangers. The bedding is extremely clean. The bed and pillow are comfortable and new. On the balcony there is seating and a drying rack. The restaurant was in the immediate vicinity. The choice of dishes, quality and quantity were exceptional. You can also take your meal outside the restaurant and eat on the terrace. The beach can already be used (loungers arranged) The pool is in use. There is a shop ”Konzum” within the hotel. The staff always welcomes you with a smile.
