The payment method of the parking lot is not very clear. After staying for 2 days, I don’t know how to pay. The hotel staff‘s explanation is not very clear and needs to be improved.

Mobile phone reception in the area is very poor which means no signal inside the hotel. I was advised by receptionist to use the free wifi for calling but the wifi was very poor and not capable of being used calling.

Not a great experience. Staff check in assistant was rude. Bed for my child was wet and smell of piss. Staff didn't help and was rude. Will not be staying again. The car park rules was unacceptable. Everytime we left the car park we had to paid on our return.

I have been staying at the Eltham Premier Inn for the past year for business purposes, and it has truly become a home away from home. The rooms are always impeccably clean, and the staff consistently go above and beyond. A special thank you to Kim, Irina, Sachin, Jodie and Hayley and—they are wonderful people who make me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Their warmth and helpfulness make each stay enjoyable, and I feel like they are a second family. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for both comfort and exceptional service.

The Moment we entered Eltham Premier Inn, we felt like home and cozy. The cleanliness levels were very high standard and the kids loved the stay. Breakfast was in good shape and eggs were freshly made and English breakfast was the go ahead for your busy day. Staff were friendly specially afternoon lady at reception. We will definitely will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

We were really pleased with our stay at the Premier Inn as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in London as it is just round the corner from the station. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Premier Inn is what it is. Clean tidy, showing its age in a few areas, showing lack of investment in this hotel. Receptionist was really helpful and friendly. Room was clean and basic. Biggest let down, breakfast, server too busy to interrupt, so I didn't, and breakfast, what I had, was substandard, because of lack of options. Quality of what I had was nice though. A bit higgledy piggledy because of what was available.

Our trip to Eltham Premier Inn started great from the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with lovely and polite staff! Compared to other Premier Inn's I have visited, the room I has was impeccably clean (I am a clean freak so this is really saying something lol) and we felt comfortable straight away! It's clear that the housekeeping staff at this Premier Inn sets a high standard of cleanliness for guests! The breakfast was lovely and my husband enjoyed his fry up! Want to give a big thanks to Evija! She helped me with extra towels and offering recommendations of what to do in the local area - always willing to help out and made us feel very welcome :)
