Very understanding and accommodating. Very clean room with all the essentials . Only down side was wifi which you could only use once for free for 30mins. Other than that smooth and clean

The service was good and the staff were nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely recommend.

A really good price for a nice, simple hotel in London. Well connected to the rest of the city. Would stay again.

- Receptionists are so nice an helpful, they have staff in the counter for 24 hours - No Air con in the room but they have heater - Night time in London is not very hot, so for me it's fine (if they have Air con in the room that would be perfect) - Have Air con in the common area - The room is spacious and very clean (but not enough shower gel) - Good location , the DRL just next to the hotel (from Victoria station to hotel around 45mins) - There are 2 lines of DRL, only the one to Lewisham will pass through Deptford Bridge DRL station - 1 supermarket nearby and you can buy SIM card there - Good Price - 1 vending machine in the lobby, for drink and food - around 8mins walk, you could find some nice restaurant, I tried one Vietnamese restaurant, reasonable price

This is definitely a case of getting what you pay for. The staff and service were exceptional but the amenities are definitely barebones. Would recommend for travellers simply looking for a place to shower and sleep without the frills. DLR-adjacent location makes getting around easy. Three issues of note for us: (1) only offering 30mins of free internet is really a bit much in this day and age; (2) the absence of a hairdryer, even a wall-mounted one, was sorely felt; (3) the lack of ventilation combined with restricted windows made the nighttime experience during warm seasons pretty much unbearable.

Location is great. Right next to the DLR station and you can get to canary wharf easily. The room is ok and good for a short stay.

Bare minimum hotel. Nearby parking is around 15-20min walk

Great hotel with ditto breakfast. Good price-quality ratio. Public transport connections to central London are good during the day, but poor in the evening.

Good location, many shops around, close to the station. There is almost no heating, so wear more clothes. The service is OK and relatively clean. Excessive energy saving and water saving is a problem that this type of hotel has to face.

I decided to book a travelodge in Greenwich, Black Heath Road, on arrival the staff were all very friendly and helpful, they have a thorough evacuation plan that they take you through and show you where to muster on your floor. The rooms for assistance are amazing, massive bathroom with wide door wet room shower so no tray to navigate, and ample access to the toilet for even the largest hoist/ shower chair. The be has a gap to allow the Hoist to go under the bed, something no other hotel I've stayed in has thought about, (I bring 4 house bricks with me) all in all this is a great hotel, well done, travelodge Greenwich.

Had a lovely stay here. Was greeted by Gemma at reception who was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and any concerns we had were dealt with quickly and sufficiently. Other staff members we encountered were also helpful and polite. We also had food here which was exceptional. Overall, a pleasant experience.
