Great Friendly welcoming staff quick to book us into our room for our stay (booked in earlier than 1500hrs) as going to see a show in London which was arranged in advance. Room was very clean and tidy, nice and comfortable bed slept like a log awoke fresh and ready next day. Absolutely a must stay at hotel Many thanks Mr Whitehead

Toilet Flush is not working properly. one button is spoiled ,the other one is very hard to press. Air conditioning doesn't have cool air,so the room is quite warm. Shower screen need improvement as water keep escaping into the dry area of the bathroom when showering .

Friendly,clean, and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and delivered my takeaway to the room.

The parking is expensive and your spot isn’t guaranteed unlike other hotels in the area.

The hotel location is very convenient and there are many stores and restaurants around. It is also close to transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, simple, and good location

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of the subway station. The vegan options at the restaurant for breakfast were great.

The environment is very good, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a big table. The hotel is surrounded by a great park, a supermarket, and a variety of food. The only drawback is that the toilet is too crowded and you can't bend down.

The room is really too small, I'm not used to it. But the location is very good, 10 minutes walk to Greenwich Observatory, there is a big supermarket nearby
