Nice hotel with friendly staff and nice bar. Only downside is aircon didn’t work and it was stiflingly hot in room.

Nice Hotel, Good location right next to Station. Decent Breakfast, Bar Area is nice albeit Expensive but this is to be expected. The breakfast in the morning is a bit chaotic they seem to run out of things quickly and not have enough staff on in my experience. Also you have to queue to be wait to be seated but not always someone there to greet you so you can be left standing there until someone comes which isn't great.

Nice room & friendly staff. Was the pickup point for an Expat 14 day coach tour of UK/Ireland so was very convenient.

The room is big, very clean, comfortable, the view is beautiful facing Geneva Lake, bed is big and comfortable, guest can go gym

It was a lovely stay and love the cleanliness of the roo and environment

This hotel is near to the DLR station and it provides the basic amenities needed

Hotel in a good location, staff are friendly and the rooms are pretty clean

The hotel is close to the Train and quite close to Tube station. The hotel room is nice and big. The toilet is nice and big as Novotel hotels are. To ask for amenities I had to ask a few times before they offered me one. However when I asked with another staff they gave it to me right away, which leads me to question their service standards. The dinner at the hotel took extremely long to prepare. The breakfast buffet was good but there were no vegetables/salads available. Wide range of fruits. The AC was nice.

Good location, a few station from O2. But Room is for disable, no roll tissue available. Old and very basic facilities, hard to adjust water temp. Staff or people just keep knocking your door and then go away.

Excellent location close to the train and DLR station. Good size room.

Location was very close to the concert venue. But although there is on site parking it’s super expensive

Great stay in this hotel for a few days

A decent hotel for travelling. I'd booked an executive queen room with a sofa bed with 2 persons in the booking. But the room was only prepared for 1 person (1 bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush). The room i'd gotten was also rather warm. The room thermostat could not make it colder as concierge says 'its using a central heating/cooling system' and its autumn/winter period so it will not get any colder just suggested that i open the window. They did offer to put a standing fan in my room to cool me down so that is a plus.
