Good service from the staff. Friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Worth for the price. Convenient for people need to attend meeting nearby.

I always love to stay in this hotel because of easy access to anywhere to Leamington Spa and very kind staff.

Rooms are very clean, satisfied with the cleaning services they gave. We’re glad that they served a complimentary drinks and some cookies that we enjoyed! Small things but brightens up our mood from too much exhaustion from a day trip and arriving at midnight in the hotel. Thank you for a nice place to stay in!

The tap water of this hotel is very clean. It has no lime scales in the water. Very quiet area but walking distance to the retail park where you can get M&S and Sainsbury’s.

We were there for only one night but the place was quiet and clean. Our room was fine and dinner/breakfast were good.

1 Lift Out Of Service during whole stay, remaining 1 lift makes long wait. Staff is friendly

Don't expect the hotel facilities abroad to be so good. The towels that have holes in them are still being used. I was on a business trip there and stayed for 5 days in a row. The 8 choices for breakfast were exactly the same every day, and even the placement didn’t change... Their service is very good and the staff are very friendly. I didn't bring slippers, but they finally found a way to get me a pair of slippers.

The room is relatively small and the bed is too soft. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The service is good.
