Sadly I had miss-booked 9th instead of the 19th but no hint of a discount to rebook for the correct date. Yes my mistake but some good customer relations would have inspired me to rebook but I’ll be booking elsewhere.

This was our second stay at the Royal Wells and it was as good as we remembered. Friendly staff cater all requests and the large room in which the 4 of us stayed was very clean and well equipped, as was the En suite which was ample with nice shower and good selection of toiletries. The breakfast is excellent with good quality ingredients provided in a lovely setting. We look forward to coming back soon.

This lovely hotel is located overlooking the centre of Tunbridge Wells upon the hill on Mount Ephraim. It’s a short walk down to the town. The staff made us feel so welcome. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and breakfast was lovely. The room had a lovely view and was very clean and the hotel facilities were wonderful

Stayed at the royal wells for a few nights for a friends wedding and the hotel was so lovely and had a warm feel about it. The staff were so helpful as we had out 3 month baby. They made our stay really enjoyable

Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. We arrived early and were able to check in straight away. Our room was clean and of a decent size and was very comfortable. Good size bathroom. A better room this time than previously. Not a nice view from the window, however we weren’t in the room that much. Breakfast on our first morning was better than the second (crispy fried eggs not very nice). The bar staff were very pleasant but felt that the drinks were incredibly overpriced. £11 for a large class of wine we felt was expensive and the wine wasn’t that great. However overall we had a very pleasant stay.

We visited the Royal Wells Hotel on the last stop of our holiday for one night to attend a nearby concert, could not fault the room and the breakfast was delicious, eggs benedict was very well presented

The room is big. The complimentary items like bottle of water, coffee, tea bag, ... are in good quality. Free parking available. Free WIFI. A very good Breakfast included.

Nice hotel, with excellent staff who couldn't have been more efficient or helpful. Comfortable bed and well stocked tea and coffee supplies in a large room. Super shower with an endless supply of super hot water. Very much liked the scheme where we could opt not to have the room serviced every day if we so wished. Great for the environment.
