Reservation made for a family room in a hotel facing the sea in Pontaillac.
We found ourselves at the other end of Royan in a guest house with 2 rooms that don’t even communicate…

L’hôtel est bien placé, face à la mer, une route le sépare de la plage. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, le lit confortable, la salle de bain nickel. Le parking est petit mais en septembre il reste des places dans la rue. Le personnel est accueillant. Le petit déjeuner varié et le café à la française. Un hôtel très agréable

Superbe Hôtel de deux étages à taille humaine. Notre chambre Chambre spacieuse de 25 m2 bénéficiait d'une vue magnifique face à la mer et d'un grand lit double de 1,80 m de large La plage est à 50 mètres! Certainement une des meilleures vues imprenable de toute la côte atlantique! Personnel aimable et serviable. La climatisation récente de l'hôtel est un atout supplémentaire appréciable. Petit déjeuner copieux en buffet. A recommander chaudement. En ce qui nous concerne, nous retournerons certainement dans cet hôtel avec grand plaisir, d'autant plus qu'il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter à Royan et ses alentours, entre autre la pointe de Suzac avec une vue panoramique impressionnante sur l'estuaire de la Gironde et la cathédrale de Royan à l'architecture si particulière.

Notre chambre (numéro 34) était assez vétuste tout comme la salle de bain avec vu sur l’arrière de l’hôtel. Pas de pression d’eau et le receveur de douche était très glissant. Très difficile de trouver une place de stationnement en août et le petit parking de l’hôtel est réservé aux PMR. L’hôtel reste bien placé face a l’océan ett et le personnel est sympathique.

Hôtel de qualité très bien placé face à la grande plage de Pontaillac. Vous aurez juste la route à traverser. Belle chambre composée d'un lit et d'un lit double. Très grande salle de bain entièrement rénovée. Présence d'un climatiseur si besoin. Personnel agréable. Merci au Directeur très sympathique qui donne de bons conseils pour découvrir les alentours.

Bel hôtel, très bien accueilli, chambre correcte. Lit très grand et confortable, Clim à l’intérieur de la chambre, salle de bain un peu petite à mon goût, wc à l’intérieur de là salle de bain, mais très bien pour séjourner malgré tout. Chambre vue sur la mer agréable le matin au réveil. Nous n’avons pas prit de petit déjeuner car c’était à payer en plus du prix de la chambre.. Point négatif : le parking, nous avons du stationner à l’autre bout de l’hôtel pas très pratique avec les valises.. Sinon je recommande malgré tout !

I visited this hotel with my husband and my baby. It was 30-36 degrees outside and a conditioner was not working in the room! Just selling ventilator. It was horrible to sleep! Especially for the baby!!! We spent there 5 nights. They didnt make any discount or informed us in advance. This is really unacceptable! And baby bed is for extra money. We got one with the matras which was much bigger that the bed. So my poor baby slept in a heatwave and in a kind of hole….
