Très bel hôtel, la chambre est parfaite avec une très belle vue sur l estuaire. Le personnel est très agréable, souriant. L accès à la thalasso est direct depuis l hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est complet, réapprovisionne régulièrement. Tout est parfait.

Avec plusieurs amis, nous avions l'habitude depuis des années de passer des journées à la thalassothérapie de Royan et nous en étions très contents. Depuis les travaux de l'année dernière, nous sommes extrêmement déçus des prestations : Globalement, il ne fait plus assez chaud pour rester confortablement plusieurs heures dans le centre - la température de l'eau a été nettement baissée - il n'a plus de jacuzzi - les jets sont très souvent en panne pendant plusieurs jours - dans les couloirs d'attente des soins, la climatisation est également froide Nous sommes tous désolés de ces changements Par contre, les repas au restaurant sont toujours à recommander

Un week end en couple pour respirer. Un accueil impeccable, une chambre avec vue sur la mer qui nous a permis d e refaire le monde, un apéritif au bar qui nous a fait oublier le temps et le dîner qui est passé comme un souffle avec un maître d'hôtel aussi efficace que discret.

Nous avons un commentaire négatif sur le SPA.
Le sol de la piscine est horriblement glissant. Et ça ne sert à rien d'afficher sur les murs "Attention Danger sol glissant" !!. Ce n'est pas ce qui évite de glisser !! Surtout pour les personnes ayant un peu de mal à marcher. Il vaudrait mieux refaire les dalles entourant la piscine pour y mettre du carrelage anti-dérapant.
Nous confirmons, à l'exception de ce problème, que tout était très bien , notamment l'accueil et le petit déjeuner. La chambre 302 avait une vue splendide sur la mer que nous avons énormément appréciée.

Je suis une habituée du thalazur de Cabourg et, de passage à Royan, j'ai voulu juste prendre un café au bar le matin, en famille. Pendant 3 matins de suite, nous avons vraiment eu l'impression de déranger le serveur. Bien que précieux dans son attitude, il était tout juste aimable. Premier jour, au moment de payer il me dit qu'il n'a pas quatre mains (il préparait des cocktails) et d'aller à l'autre caisse. Deuxième jour c'est moi qui ai dû me lever pour aller le chercher et lui demander nos cafés. Troisième jour il est passé à quelques mètres, nous a regardé et a poursuivi son chemin. Plus de 15 minutes d'attente puis personne. Non vraiment, irrespectueux. Jamais vu ça et encore moins pour ce standing. Je ne viendrai pas en thalasso ici. Dommage car les cafés crèmes étaient très bons, mais le personnel, c'est trop important.

Personnel attentionné, service au top, emplacement exceptionnel, un très bon séjour. Les chambres sont très bien décorées et celles avec vue mer sont fantastiques. Le restaurant est également d’un très bon niveau dans un cadre magnifique, face a la mer. Très agréable terrasse au soleil où il est très plaisant de prendre un verre ou de manger.
