She didn't have any reaction. I wanted to set it at Trip.com , but the result was wrongly pressed to the hourly room, so it showed that there was no room. I asked her if she was full. She said that there was still room. I asked why Trip.com couldn't see it, she answered I don't know... I was really speechless, and then brushed my face, she didn't tell me, the whole process was me to prejudge her next step, the most classic is, I asked her, I am a Trip.com Platinum member, there is free breakfast, do you send it to your hotel? Her answer was absolutely ”you have a room, there is no”... I really rarely give bad reviews, but this front desk is really angry with me!
