A nicely designed hotel with big rooms. But after the initial impression, I almost don't know where to start... Every time a different room hides bad surprises. VERY POOR MAINTENANCE! Broken lamps (even missing in many rooms, since they remove them instead of replacing them) blocked shower drain, black-out curtains left hanging out of the mechanism. Even bed bugs! (what a luck!), tiger mosquitos inside the room, overprice restaurants, extremely bad perfume in the room (from cleaning products? either way giving a bad headache- intense perfumes are a very personal choice). If you can manage something else you would better avoid this one!

You'll feel very comfortable during your stay. The rooms are clean, the staff are super friendly, and the food is amazing! There is a beautiful pool with lounge chairs & towels. There's a decently size gym and spa. They offer shuttles from the airport to hotel upon request so I recommend emailing the hotel to provide your flight info prior to arrival.

I stopped over for one night in Dakar, wanting to be close to the airport and expecting this hotel to at least be as good as any Ibis hotel in Europe. It was three times the price, the buffet dinner was awful and very expensive, and when I checked out the receptionist tried to charge me for another client’s dinner. I will never stay here again.

Located in a strategic area, close by the airport and just in front of exhibition, the hotel si good for business and meetings. Unfortunately I have not seen many opportunities to spend the weekend there (like free tours, spa etc...) . Just need to be implemented and then it would be very interesting not only for business.

The room was very clean.I told the lady at the front desk to give me the highest room away from noise as I was very tired from my flight .She gave me a room right in front of gate and noise all night.

This Hotel ticks all boxes. Top notch food, Excellent Wifi everywhere and the staff and service is just superb. I cannot rate this high enough, all personal are super friendly, professional and willing to help at any given moment. Room service is absolutely amazing and so efficient. I ordered a plate of food and fruits at 2am and it arrived in a blink. The pool is fantastic, clean and well maintained with sun beds and towels. Rooms are very clean spacious with excellent Air con. The hotel is conveniently placed 20 minutes drive from the airport. Note: anyone planning to go to Dakar for a meeting, be prepared as the motorway gets really busy. A 30 minutes journey can turnout to be a 2 hours plus. Also, once inside the capital the traffic is even worst. I highly recommend this hotel and rate it as one of the best Business hotels out there. I will be back without any hesitation.

All the food is excellent! Very calm hotel, good for business meetings and to relax by the pool. The gym is big enough. People are very friendly and kind and the house keeping was on point, everything really clean.

poor pickup, wait for chef for breakfast there seems to be no urgency and gusts must wait for service. this is the third time i have had issues when the hotel was to collect me from the airport. If you take some guests who have come out surely you have another vehicle dispatched and don't expect him to come out find no driver and just expect him to await your convenience - its called client service

Amazing staff, humble and very professional I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I haven’t tried some of the amenities like the gym and spa but it will be for another stay The staff at the pool side is also very courteous and professional

Excellent staff, excellent service! From arrival to departure all areas are well prepared for the services to experience. It is purely fantastic to walk and enjoy the bar during 24 hours. The pool next to the bar at the outside of building provides a peaceful entertainment area. Splendid environment.

Having used the Radisson Diamniado on and off for almost 2 years, i want to write how great the staff and facilities are, the location is outside Dakar but makes it a great connection for the airport and is right next to the conference centre. I have a great freindly relationship with the staff from the security, front desk, bar restaurant , cleaners are very helpful and welcoming every time i stay there. The pool is great, the rooms are clean and the food in the bar and restaurant is great. I highly recommend it not so much traffic as Dakar.

The bad was the problem for me. I would prefer hard bad not soft. I have spinal problems soft beds cause backache. I had to sleep on the floor the whole night while I have paid full services. I was very disappointed. Next time please offer people to choose their preference mattresses.

My wife and I stayed 1 night, arriving at 3AM by chauffeured limousine(E30) from the Radisson Blu Hotel because a DSS airport taxi($33) had taken us to the wrong hotel. Finally here at the Radisson Diamniadio, a pleasant English speaking receptionist explained that our names were not on the hotel’s transfer manifest because the online check in form had not sent our names to the hotel. Instead we were thrust into a confusion of French-speaking airport taxi drivers. We needed to email the shuttle request directly to this hotel’s address. After copying passports, verifying our pre-check in, our key cards were issued and we took 1 of the 2 elevators up to the 5th floor. Room #526 was what every traveler wants, a very comfortable queen, spacious outfitted bathroom with a stall shower, refer/tea/coffee/water and central AC. It was so cold, we called a hotel technician to readjust the complicated thermostat. Strong room wifi, nice TV with Al Jazeera/BBC/CNN in English, large pool in our window view and an excellent 6:30AM breakfast with all food groups provided except muesli. We scheduled the nice free hotel van for our return back to the DSS Airport.
