酒店環境優雅温馨，房間寬敞乾淨整潔，設施齊全且高檔。餐飲豐富美味，周邊有很多大型商場購物方便，無論是商務出行還是旅遊度假，都是絕佳選擇，五星好評。

第一次入住這家瑞安的酒店，據説是瑞安本地最好一家。的確非常好，從酒店硬件到服務軟件都不遜色杭州五星，甚至更好。入住前一天就接到電話詢問我是否需要住無煙房，是否要換蕎麥枕頭。入住時不僅調高樓層，還有歡迎水果。酒店採購品控不錯，冬棗香蕉蘋果新鮮甜脆水分足。
房間乾淨衞生舒適。泡咖啡用的是馬克杯 還是蠻有質感的。酒店服務人員都非常熱情，培訓有素，樓層普通服務人員，餐廳工作人員，都會主動抬右手微笑打招呼，舉止神態大方有禮，可以看出這裏管理層水準很高。晚上送來了小暖盅和牛奶，品質很好。這裏早餐非常豐富，除了常規星級酒店該有規格外，也有當地特色早點，比如糯米飯，豬臟粉 ，豬油糕，燈盞糕。煎餃和拇指饅頭品質很好 ，裏面肉餡新鮮，不是預製品或速凍食品那種口感。咖啡機有兩台一臺中文一台英文，這也是我住過的酒店裡麪唯一看到的英語咖啡機。總體住得很滿意

酒店整體蠻好的，旁邊環境優美還有瑞祥公園和國旗館、大堂乾淨明亮香氛很好聞，入住也有新鮮水果贈送 管家服務貼心還幫忙延遲退房了
