While the location is absolutely perfect there are a few improvements that can be made. The 3 bedroom only has a TV in the living room and master, our full size bed in the second room was on the floor, no decor, stark empty room. Only couch 1 chair.

High Sierra is high above Ruidoso and very private. The views are amazing. The facilities are aged, but still comfortable. The staff are attentive and ready to assist.

Property is cozy, roomy for 4 or 5 people, it is rustic wells blend with the view, you can enjoy nature and a fantastic mountain view with all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. The pool is heated, clean and the personnel is friendly. The only down side were the doors on the restrooms and bathroom didn't close well other than that is a great place to stay

We love it here. Awesome views, great staff and new management eager to make it a 5 star experience. We have been guests here for several years and plan on returning every year. Great place to escape Texas heat in August!

Domingo the maintenance person went out of his way to secure us with a decent mattress so me and my husband could sleep together instead on the twin beds.

This property is at top of mountain providing beautiful views. The condos themselves are older and outdated and in need of repair in some areas but overall comfortable.
