Great customer service! Staff was very welcoming. The play area was not working and I was really looking forward to enjoy. It rained so I did not get to enjoy the two days full but I would go there again! Thank you for helping me to book this trip for my birthday. It was amazing and memorable!

Amazing hotel, great food, wonderful entertainment, vey kind and attentive staff. We were a group of 8 , all front different parts of the world. We had an amazing time in this resort. the Grand side beach pretty good. Restaurant Picasso and Takara. Thank you for make my friend birthday so special. We will come back! One love ! Respect !

My experience at Jewel Paradise Cove was just spectacular. From check-in to check-out was just remarkable. Excellent customer service.
