The hotel services wasn't that bad....the only problem was the lift was not working we had to take the long stairs and the key card decline from entering the room twice

I have my mobile phone robbed in Paris Porte de clignancourt 😢, so I cannot upload the photos.😤 The room has a saucepan mark on the carpet, broken door hinge, shower water leaks over half of the bathroom...... The worst worst thing is, when I checked in at 11 pm., a tall black man asked me to pay 120€. I replied NO, then he said the room is not free. I was so angry andI insisted that I had paid. Eventually, he knew he was wrong. The black lady in the morning is polite and helpful. I would say I won't come to Paris again.

We stayed one night. It was like a break (we arrived there around midnight and left there at 5!), but the stay was not too bad. Good point; free shuttle bus to Orly int. which is operated every 30 mins even quite early in the morning (we took 5:34 one!). Bad points; bad access from the centre of Paris. We needed to change trains three times, which took a lot of energy and time… Totally, the experience was satisfying. if you take very early flight, I’d recommend that you should stay here.

Lost my jacket there, even I went back to check after couple of hours of checking out, they said they didn’t see anything in my room when cleaning…….. Very sad for this.

Hotel located 5 minutes from Dorly airport, a free shuttle to take you to the airport, friendly staff and a restaurant 2 minutes away. A little noisy because next to a nightclub, don't forget your earplugs on Saturday evening, otherwise good bedding

Clean and quiet

The hotel front desk only allows dual currency credit cards to pay a 200 euro deposit for check-in. I was not allowed to check in at 11:30 pm. UnionPay could not be used. Cash was not accepted. The platform called but still refused to let me check in. In the end, I dragged my luggage and walked a long way to check in at F1hotel. The most important thing is that the platform still does not charge the check-out fee! Disgusting!

Very good, the bathroom is well heated, and the air conditioner in the room heats up quickly. The leader brother at the front desk, the lively guy, and the beautiful girl are all so warm and friendly. I was not familiar with the traffic on the first day of landing, and I went to the front desk several times, but I was not bored. When I was giving directions, I demonstrated on the monitor and on the phone. Everyone tried their best to help! Even when I didn't have francs to exchange at the time, they took the initiative to lend me change😂😂 When I exchanged francs in the evening, it was already off work, so I gave it to the boss brother to help me return it. The transportation nearby is also very convenient. You can go out and take 216 to the city center. If you take a taxi, Charles de Gaulle Airport will cost 40 or 50 yuan, and Orly Airport will cost 13~ Compared with the old small room of 1,000 yuan that I am staying in Switzerland now, Orly Rungis is heaven 😂

Unpleasant staff of the day clean room but carpet and curtain with holes I have already stayed in this hotel but I have had rooms much cleaner than this one

Average experience, because cleaning is only done once every four days...and in addition the rental car broke in front of the hotel...
