服務一般，房間沒有水壼，我向服務人員借，他不同意，衹能在大堂裏燒開水，然後再端到二樓房間，很不方便，建議每個房間配備一個水壼，也不是很貴，應該以方便客人為中心

Absolutely Terrible hotel… no iron… no kettle… no towels… half broken shower… broken furniture… toilet door don’t close properly… hair dryer on bathroom wall not working… no shower curtain water goes everywhere when having a shower.. ceilings fans low nearly lost a limb.. HORRIBLE BREAKFAST.. no fresh milk.. no toast… one lift which 4 people just about fit in, no safety door on inside of lift which means you can potentially lose your hand!!! NOT CHILDREN SAFE!!! This has got to be by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I do not recommend this to anyone, stay away do not waste your money.

As an American I was looking for a hotel in Baghdad that was both affordable and in a safe area. I was lucky to find the Dijlat Al Khair. They were always available to advise me on which places to go and which to avoid. They helped connect me with trustworthy drivers that I was safe traveling around Iraq with. A person of any nationality would be comfortable and safe staying at this hotel.

Hotel was terrible. Hotel was not able to provide clean dry towel despite two attempts to get me dry towels. Toilet smelled of urine. Room furniture was broken. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Room curtains were falling off. Rooms were noisy

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and foreigner friendly!!!! The staff makes sure you do not get scammed by taxis or guides. The hotel rooms were clean, and the free breakfast was delicious. Overall it was a great value for the price.
