Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Einrichtung richtig toll und das Personal Geduldig und sehr freundlich. Einziger für „uns“ negativer Punkt gibt es für das Restaurant. (Buffet Abend) Es ist alles Platzmässig eng und sehr laut. Viel Geschirr hörte man auf den Boden fallen. Leute die sich in die Quere kamen und kaum kreuzen konnten. Das Buffet war sicher toll. Aber auch dort, zu eng für diese Menge an Leuten. Man konnte kaum sehen was alles angeboten wurde. Haben kaum gegessen, dafür viel bezahlt. Das Morgenbuffet war angenehmer. Weniger gedränge. Hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Kinderecke im Restaurant fand unsere Tochter sehr toll. Nächstes mal für uns ganz klar kein Buffet zum Abendessen.

L'hotel ha stanze molto carine, un po' polverose..pulizia camera al nostro arrivo 7/10 I piumini del letto matrimoniale sono più adatti ai bambini o a letti singoli. Se sei più di 1,70 non ti copriranno i piedi... Le note "positive" si fermano qui! NESSUNA OPZIONE GLUTEN FREE PER LA CENA. PER LA COLAZIONE SOLO PANE E MUESLI sono estremamente delusa dalla scarsa considerazione delle allergie alimentari, se sei celiaco dovrai portarti da mangiare da casa perché il ristorante non sa neanche cosa sia la celiachia. E la contaminazione. Siamo nel 2024, in Europa l'incidenza della celiachia è del 1% della popolazione. Vuol dire 4 milioni 480 Mila persone E NON SONO TUTTE NELLE STESSE FAMIGLIE!!! Eh già!!! VUOL DIRE che circa 4 milioni di famiglie hanno un celiaco in casa e non possono avere una colazione decente nel vostro hotel!!!! Nel 2024? Davvero?? Per colazione unica alternativa sarà muesli e pane( ma lo dovete chiedere) Inoltre a colazione si ricicla quello che lasciano sui tavoli: vuoi il caffè,? La cameriera lo prenderà dal tavolo a fianco che è appena andato via, lo zucchero sarà intasato perché mai pulito... Ma è un 4 stelle superiore o un ostello trattoria??????????? Per il costo di questo hotel, per la categoria 4 stelle superiore è inaccettabile.

Quel beau moment ! Rien à redire sur ce très bel hôtel extrêmement soigné et bien entretenu. De nombreux services sur place pour se détendre après une journée au parc (fitness, piscine, bar...). Vraiment une belle surprise, à deux pas du parc.

I spent one night at the Bel Rock hotel in Europa Park with family. Magnificent hotel. As soon as we arrived we were looked after at reception by a very smiling and very kind person. These explanations were very clear and precise. The room for 5 people was spacious and very functional. The children were able to enjoy the heated swimming pool. The breakfast was in one word amazing. Thank you to all the hotel staff and see you soon. 👏👏👏

It is a very beautiful hotel, with fabulous decoration. Everything is very clean and very quiet. Reception is fast and efficient. The staff friendly and helpful. The family room was very spacious, with separate WC from the shower room, a real plus. The hotel bar is very nice, as is the buffet restaurant, exceptional. The breakfast is perfect. Perfect hotel from every point of view, organization, rooms, location, catering. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Europa-Park entrance, the rooms are very comfortable, beautifully furnished and with everything you need in the right place. I have absolutely no idea why this American-themed hotel is in Europa-Park, but I liked the hotel overall. The decorations had lots of loving details, the rooms were spacious, and the staff was friendly amd helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and crowds of people were handled efficiently. I have to say, though, the bathrooms were an odd choice. You can see the shower through a glass door... from the bedroom. You can close the blinds, but even then the shower was not completely hidden. Great for couples, I guess, but awkward for friends.

We have stayed 3 nights at the hotel and all the services are excellent. The hotel is very well maintained, I don't know how old it is, but it looks new, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel staff is excellent and they are always attentive to whatever you may need. To put something not so good, the only thing I would change is the food at the buffet, which although it is true is very good, it is the same every day, and in the end it makes you a little tired. But in summary, totally recommendable, the hotel in my opinion is a 5*
