Clean Sketchy , They are remodeling. Are we doing the floors? I checked and there was no bad bugs that was a good thing. No one knocked on my door in the middle of the night for any reason. This hotel was close to Exit 104 on I-95 couple mile from Kings Dominion Our family Enjoyed Hospitality at this neat and Clean Hotel Lobby was Excellent newly renovated and Staff was five star Helping nature feel like we are at home Brekfast was good quality and fruit was fresh I like their fresh Coffee bater than star bucks i will stay here on way back from florida

They are doing renovations currently and the room had been updated, but bathroom was not and desperately needed it. Room was clean but bathroom was not the best. Floor was wet and dirty from toilet leaking and hair on wall by toilet. Bed was comfortable and fixtures all new.

Trip Advisor showed the price as $53 and when we called for a reservation it became $83. The difference was tax & fees. The reservation was not cancellable, or we would have after seeing the room. We had a handicap room, with a rusted shower that had a built-in seat that we wouldn’t consider sitting on. The door peephole had tissue in it because you could peep in as well as peep out. The ceiling had water damage The place was being renovated and needs it bad. All we saw people painting.

Even though this is an older facility that we have stayed in over the years. It is kept up the rooms are neat and clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. The breakfast bar offered good coffee and fresh food. The price was not outrageous as you often see on the road. Would recommend this facility. Don't expect the Taj Mahal but you can expect a good nights sleep.

The room was clean, and it was super easy to get to off of the I-95. The room charge was a lot less than I had expected. I felt as if I got a lot for the money.

This was our second stay at this location so we’re familiar. We arrived late but room was clean and comfortable and they had breakfast out early so we could get on the road early which was appreciated. Easy access off the highway and good value.

Quote and comfortable hotel with lots of parking and warm waffle for breakfast Front desk staff is like family and friendly and amenity is upper middle class and room is specious, check out was easy just drop key at front desk it is auto check out. i wiliil visit back from Miami again next week

Not sure how this hotel is still in business. Photos don't do justice. * Cockroaches (dead and alive) * Dirty sink, toilet and tub * Vomit stains on bed frame * Stained carpets * ***** hair on tub No pictures, but other issues: * Stained hallway carpet * Smoke smell everywhere * Main floor washroom flooded * Clutter everywhere (garbage, boxes, shoes)
