Since the hotel is located right at the Market Square, there is a LOT of noise at all hours of the night and early morning. The restaurants that line the square have outdoor seating and many are open until 2am. A few short hours later, all the vendors show up for deliveries. Our room had an AC unit in it but it didn't work properly. We got the unit to blow some cold air but were unable to control the temp dial (for cooler air) or the fan speed. We left windows open for some cool air at night so the noise was unreal. Shut all but one small window at the top and still heard lots of noises. Probably should have requested a room change but we were there for only a few nights. There is a corner bar on the right side of the hotel and the sound carries down the entire alleyway. Not to mention there's a GO-GO club right across the alley from our room. So if you go, don't get any rooms on the right side of the hotel (we were on floor 2 and those were rooms 201-204). There is also a ****** on the bottom floor, which has an entrance on the back side of the hotel. So not too sure that there's a quiet room on the premises. The breakfast buffet is good and was from 7-11. I did like being so close to all the interesting sites and all the restaurants. Not sure I'd chose this location again, but if so, I'd make sure to pack my earplugs and small personal fan. Parking is street parking and metered. You pay from 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am is free. The hotel has only a few select spots and they want 60 zloty (about $15 at the time) per day. We parked down the street a little and paid about $25 for our entire stay.
