We came to stay at this hotel after a terrible experience at another 4* hotel in town and it was night and day in terms of customer service, room and amenities age. It’s right across the street from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants in town. We enjoyed the kids club play room as well, the rooftop pool with great views, the on site restaurant for lunch and daily breakfast. WiFi was good throughout and it also had parking available. Overall great value as well with the family suite as well.

L hotel est sympa, le petit dej est très bien Pour la demi pension, la restaurant semi gastro est une vrai arnaque. Ce qui est indiqué sur le menu ne correspond pas a la nourriture servie. En effet, il etait inscrit burger avec fois gras et oignons caramélisés et on m apporte un burger juste avec un pain sec et steack trop cuit et quelques oignons sans sauce, sans rien. Et on me dit que le fois gras c est les oignons caramélisés en fait. C est inadmissible et indigne d un resto qui se veut semi gastro. De plus l autre point noir de cette hôtel est que la reception ne répond jamais au téléphone.

The hotel had the worst customer service. I would stand at the front desk waiting to check out, rang the bell and no one would even say a word to me. It was bizarre. We called the night before to get some ice, no one answered the phone at 10:30 pm for 20 minutes so my husband went down to the front desk and waited for 10 minutes and no one ever came. He asked the bar for ice then, and they told him to ask the front desk where no one was to be found. I have never experienced such poor guest service.

El hotel muy bien situado, al lado del mar , muy elegante y nuevo. Lo único que no me ha gustado es el restaurante. Los dos platos que me han traído muy mal cocinados. Que lástima. Tenía que estar en alerta porque prácticamente no había gente aunque era el viernes por la tarde.

excellent hôtel, à 2 pas de la plage, très bien décoré, très bonne literie, chambre spacieuse, au calme, personnel agréable, le + avec la place de parking au sous-sol, magnifique piscine sur le toit, rien à redire ! séjour au top ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !
