Siamo stati molto bene!! Posizione centrale centralissima vicino ai principali servizi ; vista mare ( con tramonto incluso ) , camere confortevoli e colazione con vasta scelta a buffet ☺️ consigliatissimo e speriamo di vederci molto presto !!

If we could give more stars! My parents were thrilled with their stay and especially with Sergio's kindness and helpfulness. Highly recommended, with a gorgeous view of the sea and a pleasant walk to the restaurant in the evening. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Partiamo dalle camere pulite ed arredate con gusto. Personale attento, cordiale e disponibile, dalla reception fino alla signora delle pulizie ed alla simpaticissima Patrizia. Luogo strategico tanto che ritorniamo lì con piacere. Ottima esperienza.

Clean and tidy hotel with welcoming staff. Fantastic views over the bay and within walking distance to beaches,supermarket and restaurants.
Good continental breakfast,coffee served with a smile.
Beds on the hard side but that's a personal choice.
It's a shame that the hotel is not making the most of its facilities but overall a wonderful stay,would recommend and stay again.

Personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto per risolvere ogni evenienza, location perfetta per godere delle bellezza della zona, a poche centinaia di metri dal centro e dalla suggestiva spiaggia di S’Archittu. Comodo il parcheggio privato, splendida vista dalle camere, ottima pulizia.
La spiaggia di Is Arenas si trova a 10 minuti d’auto, mentre quella di Putzu Idu a 20 minuti.
Ritorneremo.

Prenotato presso questa struttura prendendo spunto tra le molteplici recensioni che si possono trovare nel web...bene abbiamo fatto CENTRO. Ottima posizione strategica a due passi dal centro e dalla passeggiata di S'Archittu, nonchè dal suo famosissimo arco. La struttura è carina ottime le camere e molto confortevoli i letti. Nel nostro caso, prenotato una tripla, con un matrimoniale e due lettini singoli a castello e due camere doppie. Colazione compresa nel prezzo e a buffet. Ampia terrazza per consumare la colazione, con il personale della struttura molto attento, celere e cortese. Assolutamente una struttura da consigliare. Per chi ama le ore piccole, è fattibile l'accesso alla struttura tramite una scala laterale che da accesso al retro dove sono collocate le porte d'ingresso delle camere. E' presente anche l'ascensore per chi ha problemi di deambulazione.

Bien situé quoique au bord de la route! Balcon avec belle vue sur la baie . Personnel très sympathique ! Déjeuner simple mais bon sauf les oeufs durs qui ne donnent pas envie . Literie pas top et deco de chambre vieillotte et les murs en cartons . Par contre très propre. Bref l’hôtel mériterait une grosse rénovation pour être au goût du jour ! Du coup il est cher

L’hotel Bellavista é accogliente, grazioso, molto pulito. Ogni camera ha vista mare, i letti sono comodi, il personale é molto gentile, disponibile in ogni momento del viaggio, dalla fase di organizzazione (viaggiavamo per lavoro in 13) al momento della partenza (penso alla premura nel preparare la colazione take away per chi partiva presto.) A piedi si possono raggiungere spiagge di sabbia o di roccia in pochi minuti, comodo anche per famiglie. La colazione é buona ed abbodante. La natura circostante é selvaggia, si possono fare belle passeggiate.

Stanza semplice e carina, con comodo ingresso autonomo dall’esterno e bel panorama. Personale molto gentile e disponibile: avevamo informato della mia intolleranza al lattosio in anticipo e per colazione ho trovato diverse opzioni adatte a me; ci è stata anche fornita una "breakfast box" il giorno della partenza perché lasciavamo l'hotel prima dell'apertura della sala colazione. Utile stendino con mollette per stendere i costumi sul balcone. Comodo parcheggio su strada. In un attimo sei in spiaggia e sul lungo mare ci sono diverse opzioni per i pasti. Frigobar rumoroso: meglio staccarlo un po' dal muro così si surriscalda meno! La rete del letto non era proprio il massimo, ma si dorme lo stesso! Nel complesso una bella esperienza.
