We have stayed in the europa apartments every year for roughly the past 20 years and what a difference we have seen in all those years , cleanliness , staff , facilities etc every year the staff and management step up a little bit further to make the europa apartments so much more comfortable and also attention to detail is amazing , we love this place

Good location in Sa Coma, the beach is two steps away and everything is at hand. It is a mostly quiet area. All good, but it should be noted that the apartment lacks basic kitchen utensils. The balcony windows do not close, and if they close they are difficult to reopen. ...and several things that should be solved for a better customer stay. The cleaning, lousy!! They don't clean when it's time and when they do...you'd rather they hadn't. Soaked floors both in the apartment and on the stairs and landings outside, puddles every day. A danger! The garbage bags for days at the door, with which, bad impression for the client, flies and smell. Finally...not to finish...

Calidad precio ésta bien, pero detalles como las limpiadoras se pasarán una vez en los primeros 5 días, bichos en la habitación aunque no en exceso (entendible ya que lo que rodea es campo), algo de pelo en la pared de la ducha y manchas en paredes de sangre de haber matado a mosquitos. Tuvimos que pedir el mando del televisor y el de mando acondicionado aunque este no fue necesario. No proporcionan jabón aunque sí toallas. De utensilios de cocina ésta bien, otorgan los precios y útiles.

We had an awesome stay, all of the staff especially Lissy were very friendly & accommodating. The apartment complex was very clean & tidy. Will definitely return! Our kids spent a lot of time in the pool and we made use of the tennis court. It's within walking distance of the beach and restaurants.

Just came back from holiday and had a lovely stay in Europa Apartments. ....Good.... - Walking distance to supermarket (Carrefour) - Quiet location to relax, but also not far to walk to beaches and restaurants - Free to park on the street, or near hotel - Nice room with balcony. Kitchen is equipped enough, have hairdryer installed, and aircon in living room - We love the swimming pool, and always have enough sunbeds to sit on, or chairs under the shade near the bar - Can borrow beach umbrellas at reception for free - Wifi is working well ... Needs Improvement... - Aircon only in living room, and nothing in bedroom. It can be super uncomfortable to sleep at night. Our aircon is poor and not blowing any cold air at all. Maybe add an electric fan to circulate the air - Ants everywhere! Maybe there is a way to get rid of them. We empty bins everyday and sweep the floor but they just keep coming back. - Maybe housekeeping at least every other day to change towels and bedsheets.

We arrived at night and a lovely lady called Bea was there to receive us(she was really helpful). Sa coma is a very cute village, with lots to do. Beautiful beaches and little shops. Recommended for families since the beach is safe and easy to reach. The apartments are small but good enough for a family of 4.

We decided to do budget this year so we can go on several holidays. Absolutely for your money, lovely people, thank you for a great stay Location is perfect! Pool is lovely! We only had one minor issue which couldn't have been dealt with any quicker

This is very basic, we had a balcony, which overlooked the pool, which was inviting until you saw it close up. There was a water stain on the bathroom ceiling, and sockets detached from the walls in certain areas, which was very unsafe. Wasn't keen on the main door entrance to our apartment, didn't feel really safe! Water appeared on the floor in the kitchen area, the fridge needed updating, the bedroom was overcome with flies/midges of some sort, as we were bitten no end. But the best was that it was close to the beach, shops, bars/restaurants and the weather was Fabulous.

We had the best time at this hotel, the staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful, this was my 3rd visit and all the rooms have been upgraded with air conditioning, kettle, toaster, all nicely decorated now as well, the location is perfect, shops, restaurants and beach all in walking distance, we hired a mobility scooter for my dad and he was able to access everywhere on it, even the beach ! We will definitely be going back, please message if you want to know anything 😊

Was sceptical, seeing reviews & google earth pic but was lovely quite place for us! Pro Moden upto-date rooms, ignore old pics, appears to have been refurbished. Standard clean basic kitchen equipment & hairdryer. Good size balcony with furniture Staff nice & helpful (used translators on my phone, if they didn’t understand full English) we were in Spain 🇪🇸;) Quiet little bars for drinks, snacks ice creams! Easy access to all a amenities amenities & beach only mins away! Supermarket 10 min stroll much cheaper than locals spars. Dart, tennis court & play park! Pool was great- good size with paddling pools section & water feature, plenty decent sun beds (not the hard cheap ones) & no one hogged them or left towels on them! Was peaceful but near shops restaurants etc! There was storage for left luggage on check out day! Cons Not lot of clothes storage, had to asked for clean towels as maids dont come everyday (however it wasn’t a problem & with a teen it meant we weren’t woken up early in morning with maids coming in) suggest they provide : a information file in different languages in rooms or reception, when do maids come etc, is there left luggage place etc instead of asking staff & left awkward when we didn’t understand each other! Provide clothes air dryer for balcony would be great 😊 Overall would defo go back, great for price & location Forgot take room pics but modern, light deco walk in shower

Get what you pay for, stayed for 10 nights and towels and sheets only changed twice, shower door was broke so bathroom was flooded after a shower. Toilet door didn’t have a latch so it wouldn’t shut all the way. Massive language barrier with the reception staff. Ended up sleeping on the couch for 8 out the 10 nights because the beds are rock solid and uncomfortable. Pool area is nice however the bushes overflow to where the sunbeds are so constantly got insects crawling on you (came home with loads of bites). Bar area is just a few stools attached to back of reception with a few cans in the fridge. Plus side, all the shops and bars are within a 5/10 min walk and the beach is a 5 min walk.

The reception being 24/7 was very helpful as we arrived late in the evening. Staff were lovely, although there was a bit of a language barrier just make sure you know what to say or have Google translate ready! The apartments were spacious and provided everything we needed for a few days away, it was nice and quiet and the pool was a nice refresh from the warmth in the afternoons. Unfortunately we did have a few bug problems in our apartment with an infestation of ants and unnamed creepy crawlers which was a shame. Housekeeping was basic with only providing new towels. Beds were comfortable and you get what you pay for. Very central in Sa Coma and close to the beach which was useful.

We stayed a total of 9 nights! The apartment was very good, and also very economical (well furnished, air conditioning, large terrace and living room...) it is very well located in the center of Sa Coma and you have everything in the town at hand !! Without a doubt, the best treatment from the staff, specifically Lizi, the receptionist!! From the first minute she was very friendly and gave us recommendations of things to see and where to eat in the area, thus avoiding the typical guiris joints and being able to eat well!! Among other places, I recommend the Hermanos Jimenez restaurant and the Bonanza (I put it so that you take note, if you want to enjoy a good “torrada” meat as Lizi herself called it or a good paella!! I also invite you to try their delicatessens sangrias that are prepared with care in the small bar of the apartments, and so you can also enjoy the atmosphere that it generates there every evening with its typical music that it plays for dancing!! In fact, I went down every night to have something to relax of the walks around the island during the day!! Without a doubt, their care, attention and dedication to the client is the best of the Europa apartments!! Without a doubt, if I return to Mallorca I would return to the same place to stay and try another of those sangrias!! 😊😉

Cheap hotel for a week is the only good point. Cleaning only once in a week In the kitchen 2 forks, 2 knives, 3 teaspoons, 2 glasses.... Etc... 1 small frying pan and 1 saucepan for the kitchen... No basic necessities required to buy everything (dishwashing detergent and even sponge!) Its coma itself is much less interesting than other cities in terms of choice for bars or restaurants among other things. Complicated reception, I was told by email and reconfirmed that you had to go to another hotel to check in but once there ultimately no it's the hotel itself that you have to go to (fortunately it's less than a km away) And the worst part is shower in the evening with cold water! No more hot water after 5 minutes! In short, never again.
