Pros Hotel rooms are very bright and spacious, we were on the 3rd floor Very clean Good location Nice & friendly staff Very family friendly Cons Breakfast and lunch were fine but dinners were pretty much the same every night and fairly bland, we were board of them by day 3. The only coffee options came from Nescafe machines which often ran out of milk very quick and as a coffee lover was not a nice coffee. All inclusive does not mean ALL inclusive, you only get 3 cocktails to choose from which are pre made and have next to zero alcohol in them and only ever came in paper cups (not great for those holiday photos) Very family friendly, which meant there was a lot of screaming kids always in the buffet hall, it was always very noisy, no quite areas to have a relaxing dinner. There was only ever the pool bar open for drinks, even in the evenings unless it raining, then the indoor hotel bar opened. The indoor swimming pool was closed. The gym shown in the photos is not the gym in this hotel. The holiday cost us £1100pp for 1 week “all inclusive” had it been around the £7/800 mark I would have given it a 4-star review but I feel the price we paid did not reflect the service or quality expected. We have had many other all inc holidays through TUI before and all stand out as much better quality holidays over this one.

The house and grounds are very nice. The location is quiet, but we were also there in April. The mattresses are good. Now comes the BUT, with a little money and love you could make a piece of jewelry out of this. Some things were broken. Handles wardrobe,
