Spent 3 nights here and loved it. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I had some challenges with the bed and the man at reception validated my concerns and was able to make several suggestions that improved my rest and made my back happy - thank you! Breakfast is plentiful, fresh and delicious with lots of options. The room was well appointed and we appreciated the use of the backpack for our adventures. We took out the bikes for the day and really enjoyed the calibre of the bikes and the cleanliness of the equipment. The views from the balcony were stunning. We didn’t use the pool but the gym was good. A couple more yoga mats would have been helpful. We ate at the restaurant La Vue, and although expensive, the food was beautiful and delicious. Other options for food are to walk down the hill to Saanen. It was very quiet, despite being a weekend but we enjoyed Cherry’s and Art 16. You just have to be able to walk up the hill after all the food!

Very cozy and quiet hotel in this adorable region of Switzerland. Good value for money with a great service, good bar and restaurant. Very nice indoor pool. Public buses in front of the hotel to the center and train stations of Saanen and Gstaad.

The hotel is beautifully located, the room was a dream. The wellness area is quite small, but it is sufficient for a short stay. The hotel bar is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The dinner was delicious, but the service was unfortunately extremely unfriendly and unprofessional.

The hotel met all of our expectations, the lobby is absolutely entertaining with lots of stylish sofas to chill out, eat and have drinks. A bit loud but that's exactly what makes it "alive". The food was great and the drinks as well. The only negative: For Swiss people who don't speak English, it's a bit "tedious" because most of the staff only speak English.

The bathtub is missing in the room.
The room was not cleaned on the 2nd day we had to call for cleaning to be done! This is not acceptable for a 4*
The room was beautiful
We found that the restaurant and bar servers lack class (dressing code jean is a bit average but the bow tie and suspenders are good)
At the restaurant the waitress weighed the truffle on the table but never explained that it will be charged separately and a big surprise: 54 CHF for a few grams! it's not professional
The spa and swimming pool are superb, just missing a jacuzzi to complete the offer
The music at the bar is a little too loud to communicate with people
