Frisch renoviertes Hotel mit sehr seht freundlichem Personal & guter Weinkarte.
Wellness Bereich ist auch toll, dass einzige was Schade ist das man für den Wirlpool & die Bademäntel extra zahlen muss.
Sehr guter Skiverleih 3 min zu Fuss (Derby Sport).
Busse in alle 3 Gebiete direkt vor der Haustür.
Leckeres Frühstück & gutes Abendessen.
Ski Gebiet vorallem Saas Fee ist top

Zum wiederholten Mal haben wir mit unserer Line-Dance Gruppe ein verlängertes Wochenende im Kristall Saphir verbracht. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und gemütlich, das Personal zuvorkomment, freundlich, das mega feine Essen, einfach nur toll! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Superbe séjour dans la belle vallée de la SAAS dans un hôtel au "top" Les chambres sont modernes et spacieuses ( avec beaucoup d'espaces de rangement : assez rare pour être noté). La restauration est excellente et variée , faisant honneur aux produits locaux. Personnel attentif au confort de chacun, polyglotte et très professionnel. Établissement à recommander sans aucune hésitation

Wir haben vor kurzem im Hotel Kristall Saphir eine unvergessliche Wanderwoche verbracht. Dieses Angebot ist über die Webseite des Hotels buchbar und absulut empfehlenswert. Vom versierten einheimischen Wanderführer über eine tolle Verpflegung - mit Frühstücksbuffet, Lunchpakete für die Wanderung und 4-Gang-Menü am Abend - war alles dabei. Erholung vom Alltag und Durchatmen in der wunderschönen Alpenwelt, ein Traum. Das ganze Team des Hotels hat uns verwöhnt und der Wohlfühlfaktor hätte nicht besser sein können.

Sehr gutes und schönes Hotel, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet und feines Abendessen. Ein Kompliment an die Küche und den aufmerksamen Service! Ich hatte ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer. Die Dusche ist zwar eher klein aber alles vorhanden. Weil kein Durchfahrtsverkehr, sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle liegt vor dem Haus. Die geführten Wanderungen waren sehr gut vorbereitet und entsprachen meinen Erwartungen. Speziell ein Dankeschön an Dominic, auch für die vielen Infos zur Region und die tolle und der Gruppe angepasste Routenwahl! Wer Ruhe und Erholung im Saastal sucht, dem kann ich dieses Hotel bestens empfehlen! Dazu gibt's die Saastalcard, fast ein GA für alle Bergbahnen und das Postauto im Saastal.
