Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis an schöner, ruhiger Lage. Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Wellness-Zone ist überraschend grosszügig und gut gestaltet, besser wie manches 4-Sterne-Hotel! Leider ist Abendessen nicht mehr möglich.

Accueil très agréable, chambre avec mezzanine spacieuse et calme (nous avons été upgradés), petit déjeuner excellent, SPA juste comme il faut, service de transferts très pratique et à bonne fréquence, bref excellent séjour, nous reviendrons.

Sehr sauber und super freundliches Personal. Im herzen vom dorf gelegen, restaurants, bars etc. einfach zu fuss zu erreichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine grosse auswahl, war frish und sehr lecker. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir waren eine Gruppe und haben 5 Doppelzimmer und 4 Einzelzimmer gebucht. Es gab zu wenig Einzelzimmer bekamen dafür Doppelzimmer mit Einzelbenützung. Statt 570 CHF für zwei Nächte mussten wir für die Einzelbenützung im Doppelzimmer 540 CHF bezahlen. Knappe 30 CHF Rabat für 2 Nächte. Das Bett ist klein 140cm. Das ist eindeutig zu klein für ein Doppelzimmer. Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war auch nicht vorhanden. Bett und Badezimmer sehr veraltet. Die Duschkabine muss aus den 80ziger Jahren sein. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist toll, nur fehlte das Waliser Roggenbrot. Der Spa ist schön. Slippers für den Spa sind an der Réception für 2 CHF erhältlich. Diese gehören eigentlich in den Zimmerpreis und sollten im Zimmer aufliegen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis auf die Zimmer bezogen stimmt nicht, zu teuer. Es gibt viele Hotels in Saas Fee die günstiger und ebensogut sind.

Accueil impeccable, situation superbe, équipe très sympathique. Chambre propre, buffet déjeuner très varié avec des produits frais. Taxi à disposition pour nous emmener vers les remontées mécaniques pour aller skier. Le personnel est à disposition
