The hotel is good but too bad the staff are very unwelcoming, friendliness non-existent, no contact possible, the first receptionist was fine, but afterward, it's totally freezing cold, we say hello, no one answers you,!!! apart from a waitress with short hair with a lock, glasses, who, she was very professional and welcoming, otherwise we had no smile, exchange throughout the stay, not a single kindness, disrespectful, moreover the restaurant where you have breakfast, the staff there are terribly cold, there was no good appetite, no word of welcome, it's borderline he throws your order in your face, every morning I am asked for the room, several times, several times different people, at breakfast time, even though we had eaten most of our meals throughout the stay. As well as aperitifs but it's like this you don't exist... on the other hand The welcome from the local customer was more "normal". TOO DAMAGE I had read the same negative comments +++++ great a really crappy welcome but I I didn't think it would be so awkward. Otherwise the neighborhood, the room, the tranquility, the amenities it was good The room could do with a little bit of renovation in terms of complaints and a few stains, otherwise nice decor, fairly large twin room, clean bathroom, the floor was not cleaned every day, but it was very clean, cleaned every day and very nice room!!!! Friendly staff, very simple room, but with space to store things, good air conditioning. A small refrigerator would be good.

Large room with huge bed… very clean and new… to say the least, there is no blind..

The perfect location for those who want to be close to the center. Very good cleanliness and facilities too. Good care too. This is the third time I've stayed.

Not what I expected! Definitely not worth the money! It’s too far out from Barcelona city centre 1 hour train journey to get to there. I was really disappointed! graffiti along the corridor of the walls as one room was on the 6th floor. Whilst staying no rooms were cleaned during our stay. one room had a working fridge the other two didn’t. There was no tea or coffee facilities so I was unable to make baby bottles. No travel cot provided which was requested upon booking. it’s not a family hotel staff didn’t know what they where doing and we were advised most of the cleaners can’t read the please clean signs. Roof top pool was closed however when booking I was advised it would be open. Staff complained of my young child making noise at 9pm which to me screams not family orientated. The rooms are also very dated and no way to make formal complaints either. Real disappointment!

Beautiful Hotel located in Sabadell Espana. Highly recommended as this hotel is plush and modern. Very good for the price I would recommend this area of town as plenty of bars and restaurants. There are many decent supermarkets as well that offers great products very fairly priced. Hyperdino etc. Highly recommended for this part of Espana.

We were there a few years ago and it didn't convince us. We have returned now and we liked it. They have renovated it and the room is much better. Very comfortable. The hotel is very well located, in the center, very close to the Rambla and the Town Hall and the area of ​​shops, restaurants,... In addition, it has a restaurant-cafeteria that is quite good. The treatment has been good, pleasant. Good value for money. We will be back.

The worst attention I have received in my life. They canceled the reservation for no apparent reason, hung up on me and told me to go get a complaint. Very rude and unprofessional.

Good, positive points, welcoming reception, central location, quiet if you take a room on the courtyard side. Negative points, softness with not even a place to put the soap, the mattress/bed really hard as a stone, pillow better to bring your own but the bad news is the cockroach (and not a small one) at the foot of the bed. And all for almost 100 euros per night, in short I wouldn't come back and it's better to be warned

And I forget... the icing on the cake is the hotel car park which charges you 14 euros per day whether you have a motorbike or a car! In short go your way at this price you can find much better

I have enjoyed a very good experience at the Urpi hotel, my room had everything I need to be comfortable, as well as a good size. Breakfast is à la carte, all very rich, just keep in mind that the iron, to make tortillas for example, does not come on until after 7:30 in the morning. If you are staying at Urpi, in Sabadell, do not accept an apartment in the older area. Only the renovated apartments are worth it. They are very comfortable and have everything you need for a good rest. The location is good, just a few minutes from the center. Coffee is traditional in the city - don't be surprised how many Sabadell residents are at the breakfast tables. Nothing fancy, but honest accommodation.

L’hôtel est fait de plusieurs parties qui ne communiquent pas toutes entre elles. Un ascenseur en panne, nous forçait à aller en prendre un autre plus loin. Eau chaude en panne, douche tiède pas très agréable le matin. Pas de couverture ou de couette, juste un drap fin, réveillé par le froid au milieu de la nuit, j’ai dû utiliser des vêtements en guide couverture. Le seul point positif est la partie restaurant pour le petit déjeuner… bien que l’attente soit un peu longue. Bref, à eviter
