The property location was good, but the service levels were not that great especially the housekeeping, the staff was helpful but they were stretched and so the speed was not good enough. The food was great and the pool is lovely. The checkin and checkout was smooth and the trip by the resort for trekking and to the dam was good.

Property is good. Well located. Well maintained and managed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food quality and quantity both were very good. Breakfast buffet was just superb. Good guided tour service twice a day. Good car park. However, there are few opportunities for improvement. One morning the water stopped in bathroom and second morning the pressure was low.

Staff is friendly and good, but the amenities for 1 day picnic is not sufficient, lunch was not as per the mark....needs improvement in taste...also in sports room A/c was not working properly....even high tea needs some additions, but overall property is nice !!

Facilities are very good and clean room.... And food is excellent.....staff is very humble and helpfull ...... Gaming activities are also good and very good weather..... And near by area is very clear...... Pool are is also very amazing .... Simply i love the experience......by hitesh koradiya
