The stay has been very good. The room is spacious, the breakfast has everything you need and the staff is very friendly and attentive to any need. The pillow menu is very complete and the spa is great. In short, a hotel where you can stay without a doubt.

Estando de viaje, decidí parar en este hotel spa porque me pareció la mejor opción. La sorpresa fue al ver que el precio no se correspondía en absoluto con lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Nada de prensa ni café de cortesía en recepción. Nada de hervidor de agua en la habitación ni pidiéndolo expresamente. Nada de zapatillas, calzador... Tan solo 2 vasos y un dispensador de jabón de manos. En la ducha uno de champú y otro de gel. Por no haber no había ni toalla de bidet.
En cuanto al spa se tenía que pedir hora como en el dentista. Y por lo que me dijeron, el gorro lo cobraban. También las tumbonas. Las chanclas no sé.
Todo eso en una habitación de 150 euros la noche.
El desayuno poco variado y repetido por 2 días que lo consumí.
Para subir las maletas hay unas rampas que han inutilizado poniendo grandes macetas al final. Por otra puerta lateral el acceso es plano, pero no lo avisan y además siempre hay ahí reunidos dos o tres tipos con muy malas pintas.
No puedo recomendar este hotel. No volveré.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful pool area. However would point out that the area around the pool is very slippery when wet with no warning. So keep your pool shoes handy. Otherwise a perfect place to stay.

Un excellent accueil. Possibilités d'échanger en français avec la réception. Chambre côté jardin très calme, spacieuse et d'une propreté impeccable. Rapport qualité/prix remarquable. Petit-déjeuner délicieux et copieux. Fruits découpés et servis à l'assiette, c'est rare. En résumé, nous reviendrons.

Conocemos este hotel desde su inauguración hace 20 años. Son ya muchas estancias disfrutadas desde entonces. Siempre cumple nuestras espectativas. La amabilidad del personal, las acogedoras habitaciones, un desayuno bufet completo y de calidad, el enorme spa un plus para relajarte y el restaurante fantástico con una deliciosa gastronomía de la tierra. Estuvimos unos días para conocer la provincia de Huesca y elegimos el hotel por la ubicación y movernos con el coche. La elección del hotel fue un acierto, la habitación amplia, el desayuno completo, y cenamos algún día y la calidad-precio excelente. El spa es grande, aunque en estas fechas es utilizado también por niños y mayores de la localidad. En definitiva la experiencia inmejorable, con una atención de todo el personal estupenda.
