Bad reviews: 1. Booking a room for a guest. After the guest left, he quietly guaranteed a credit card debit of 200 Swiss francs, saying he had smoked. They didn’t tell the client at the time or the next day, and they didn’t provide evidence.
2. The self-service check-in is terrible, and customers have to wait for a long time to check out.
3. There is no air conditioning, and customers complained that it cannot reach 4 stars. The room was stuffy.
4. The rooms are scattered, with 3 rooms located in different locations.
5. The Wi-Fi signal is poor. After checking in and swiping the card to connect to the Internet, there was no signal for a long time.

Hatte eigentlich im Farbhaus gebucht, das Zimmer war aber dann doch nicht frei. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren aber zuvorkommend und schnell. Habe dann im Hotel ein Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch vom Frühstück kann ich nur Gutes berichten, viel Auswahl (vom Müsli über Obst bis zum Rührei und Würstchen) und gute Qualität. Also alles gut!

瑞士旅遊第二天我們住在茵特拉根的郊區，離薩爾嫩湖 Sarnersee 走路約6分鐘，離薩爾嫩車站 Sarnersee 約5分鐘，這裡周遭環境很好，酒店房間乾淨舒適，床舖軟硬適中好入眠，唯一缺點是早餐種類少，補菜速度慢。

Great hotel for my purposes. Very nice room and everythings worked and the breakfast buffet was fine. But you would expect a little more when you look at the price. The check-in is done on a screen and there were no people to help.

Very beautiful, great for walking, the view was amazing. Lake is minutes away walking. Train is very close. Loved it. Great breakfast.

What a beautiful, quaint village. Easy access by train to Lucerne. Free breakfast had best croissants I've eaten. Very easy late check in as well.

Cozy stay close to railway station of this small town which connects to Lucern every 30 / 40mmin. Its a small little town and peaceful - not many restaurants but sufficient enough for 4 days when you have only 1 meal in the town. Facilities were very good, clean, easy access to train station, friendly staff always smiling and willing to help. When I travel back to Luzern, this place would be the preferred location to stay again. It's a small,.peaceful village...
