There were no terrible issues, but some details not expected in a 5-Star hotel: 1) We requested for a COT (baby bed), we had to ask for it 3 times. 2) 1st night, baby wet the sheets, we put them together with some towels for change. Cleaning team put new towels but REUSED the wet cot sheet. 3) Many hairs on the floor of the bathroom when we entered the room and spider web in the balcony. 4) The water in the bad in the garden has big living worms, we realized after our baby put his toes in the water. 5) Coffee machine in the room would be a great asset Breakfast is amazing, people is super kind, facilities are awesome, thanks! *** German translated ** Es gab keine schlimmen Probleme, aber einige Details, die man in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht erwartet: 1) Wir baten um ein COT (Babybett), wir mussten dreimal danach fragen. 2) 1. Nacht, Baby macht die Laken nass, wir legen sie zusammen mit ein paar Handtüchern zum Wechseln. Das Reinigungsteam hat neue Handtücher gelegt, aber das nasse Bettlaken WIEDERVERWENDET. 3) Viele Haare auf dem Boden des Badezimmers, als wir das Zimmer betraten, und Spinnennetz auf dem Balkon. 4) Das Wasser im Bad im Garten hat große lebende Würmer, wir stellten fest, nachdem unser Baby seine Zehen ins Wasser gesteckt hatte. 5) Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre eine große Bereicherung Das Frühstück ist fantastisch, die Leute sind super nett, die Einrichtungen sind fantastisch, danke!

We were in town for the Christmas markets which is one of Germany's best. Well, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay than here. The hotel opens directly upon the central square which is where one of the markets is located. The other major market is just a few steps further across the street. Unfortunately, we weren't given a view room and our room really didn't have a view, but it was comfortable with all the amenities you might expect. We were traveling by car so a big plus was the underground public garage with direct elevator access to the hotel.

My hotel room was HUGE. This was a phenomenal surprise, especially given the location. The Hotel is around the corner from a ton of excellent restaurants, and only a short short walk from the city center were one can find beautiful outdoor terraces with wonderful views of the city. Once construction in the market in front of the hotel is finished, I'm sure there will also be another excellent view on the doorstep. I will happily stay here again next time I need to be in Dresden.

We stayed in this hotel twice during the last month. The first time we had a little suite on the top floor of the Bastei. This was fine, if a little bare. Checkin and breakfast were fine. The second time we found ourselves in the annex, the Konigstein. Check in at the Bastei was poor with 20 minute queue. The annex had a fast food stall across the front and entry is by room card. The lift was dirty when we arrived and smelled of vaping and did not work properly. The impression is of an unmanned operation. The room was on the 6th floor and was noisy during the evening, from the very busy street below. At breakfast we were instructed to sit at a table already occupied by another guest and the staff member was aggressive with us saying the nicer tables were all for groups. No sign of these by the time we left of course. Also over-zealous table clearing, go to the buffet for more and your cutlery and coffee are gone. So better check in, maybe safes in the better rooms, and some serious staff training about customer service, rather than bullying.

10 minutes walk from Dresden Hauptbanhof and 15 minutes walk to Neumarktplatz. Big shopping mall next door and PragerStrasse has all kinds of shops and restaurants. All in all a great location. Our room was an unusual layout with a large foyer and even larger bedroom but with sp**** furniture. We liked it as we had plenty of room to spread out. All the staff we met were smiling and helpful.

This is an outstanding hotel. It is located across the street from the train station, but is incredibly quiet. The place is immaculate and the interior design is very well done. The hotel was remodeled in 2021 and it looks brand new. Staff was very attentive and fluent in English. The room was decent sized for a European hotel. We were able to leave our bags in the hotel after checking out so we could tour Dresden before taking a train out of town. It's one of the nicer hotels we've stayed at in recent years

We have checked in with friends and parents for 3 nights. I wrote by mouth months ago that I wish the suites are next to each other or nearby. Unfortunately, it didn't work, although we were already there at 13.30 clock, and the check at only 15 clock. You didn't show any interest in clarifying that. After we were able to get our suites , we were drawn attention by the young man to the fact that we have to pay immediately ( 3 pairs - 6 people ) . We had to indicate our credit card as a guarantee when booking and could not understand why we had to pay immediately. After paying, I went to the Felix Bar, which is part of it. I ordered drinks there. When I wanted to pay, I was asked if I wanted to write it to our suite. I answered that I had to pay everything so urgently at the arrival. I then paid the drinks in cash and I didn't go to this bar with our friends. To coffee .... I asked in advance by email whether we had the coffee capsules in the room. Then I was told that it has a lot of it available in all kinds. We had a xxl suite with 2 bedrooms to four and had tea capsules and only 2 coffee capsules in the room - a great breakfast 🙈 We then bought in the corner of the capsules in the rewe . The room was never controlled all day, waste was full, toilet paper was not enough, etc ... Very bad, the location is great, the facilities are OK, but the staff is untrained and totally unmotivated. Probably the staff of the bar, who then beside a little at the reception will enjoy.

GGuest UserWe, my wife and another friendly couple, were guests at the Parkhotel in mid-September 2021 for a week. Super breakfast buffet, a quite infinite and very tasteful selection of the buffet for the evening at which everyone finds something. Very good wine, tasty mineral water, interesting and good drinks, as well as very attentive restaurant and hotel forces. The rooms are comfortable, very quiet at closed windows, the location on a main street has made it necessary for me to close the windows at night (light sleep). The hotel itself is very quiet. In the room we found a corner that was dustful, only in the room. Therefore a point deduction. A short and regular wiping with the Plumeau would be great. Many excursions are possible from New Town in all directions and also well reachable. We have felt very, very well. For 3 stars Superior perfectly appropriate and in any case recommend without limitation. Thank you for your hospitality. We are happy to come back.
