The hotel is very convenient for travel! The facilities are relatively new! Since both sides are facing the street, you can hear the sound of police cars and ambulances whizzing by from time to time at night. It is recommended to live on a high floor! The bar has a rich variety of wines and the waiters are very enthusiastic!

The hotel is relatively new, and the room conditions are similar to those of domestic three-star hotels. I only stayed for one night and didn't see any services. The parking lot needs to be prepaid, but we didn't pay attention and were ticketed.

Clean and tidy, just the tram is a bit noisy in the morning, but it is still a good hotel experience

Stay in the city center, mainly to attend the Golden One graduation ceremony, it is convenient to walk there, and you can also go to the old town by the river to see the old train station that is still in use, and visit the memorial hall of the construction of the Pacific Railway in the United States. The ticket is $12, and there are English explanations. If you are not good at English, remember to install a translation software. I also found Sacramento Chinatown, but there are not many people in the downtown streets during the day, and I always feel a little scared. The public parking lot next to the hotel is $20 a day. Of course, if it is valet parking, it may be $45. It is parked in one place, which feels unnecessary. The credit card mortgage is released slowly. It has not been released for more than a week. The credit card bill has been showing that it has not been credited. Of course, it may also be the reason for the temporary change of room type. When booking, the room type shows that the king-size bed room can accommodate four adults. I thought I could have a sofa bed, but when I got to the room, I saw a big bed and a small sofa. I negotiated with the front desk for a long time and changed to a room with a sofa bed. They promised that there would be no additional charge. Now I don’t know what the result is. The people have left, so I can only let it go. There is also an old building next to it, which was the former county court. It is now the county jail and is still in use.

We were in Sacramento overnight for a family event. The hotel is lovely, the staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Parking is self parking in the garage or valet parking. If you’re planning on using your car valet parking is the way to go. You pay a flat fee per day plus tip for it. Self parking is more expensive if you’re going in and out as they charge you each time. All in all we were very pleased.

9/14-15 This is my new #1 hotel in all of Sacramento. In the short time I was there I got the opportunity to interact with the sales associates from swing, graveyard and day shifts. I also met awesome team members from breakfast staff (Sunday morning) and housekeeping supervisor. Each one I could tell was more than willing to go above and beyond on service. In addition everyone was very friendly and seemed to love their jobs. Such a great vibe and I honestly didn’t want to leave. Everything about this hotel is superb.

Stay away. Rooms have issues, they are understaffed, and Michael the supervisor lies to your face repeatedly. When I checked-in my AC unit sounded like a helicopter was landing in my room. I called down and they said the engineering team was gone for the night and that I could come down and they would change my room. When I came down and waited for 15 minutes they informed me they were moving me to another hotel room because they were 100% booked. When I told them that I would just take the room they assigned me and asked if they had a fan they said they gave my room to another guest who was staying for 2 nights (as opposed to the 1 night I was staying). They then took 3 hours to book another room at another hotel for me. They said the other hotel would be paid for and that I would get the equivalent Marriott Bonvoy points for a free stay. When I went to the other hotel they said that I would have to pay and I haven’t gotten any Bonvoy points. It looks like their is new management here. Stay away. And if Michael tells you anything get it in writing. He has no problems lying to get you out of the hotel. Oh and the room wasn’t even properly cleaned. See pictures of the bathroom.

The customer service is outstanding, the rooms are fine. Beware, however, that, even when the heating/cooling system is off, the fan makes noise in the room. I was told that this is true of all rooms, when I asked to change. I couldn't sleep. There is also a light under the desk, which is fine, but you can only turn it off when you turn off all electricity in the room. That's wonderful from an environmental perspective, but not if you are trying to charge devices at night.

I booked a night at the AC Hotel for the Kane Brown show. I came back from the show and got in bed. Turned over to turn out the lights and saw a bug crawling on my pillows (video and photo below). The front desk lady did not want to move me to a new room, I had to beg. I told her I had no money or car to get a different place. She finally told me she would get me another room. She sent someone up there to make sure it was ready. I kid you not, I swear they had to be pranking me, I go up to my new room… pull down the bedsheets… dead gnat (picture below) right on my sheets. Yes just a gnat this time but still. They are time stamped so you can see what bug is what. The night shift lady was careless. She only cared about the people at the bar?? That’s not her job?? She wasn’t the bartender on duty. I was offered a free bottled soda or canned coffee for all this. I asked for a refund before I posted these reviews and they refused to make it right. So here you go. Beware. Bugs!!! Pictures are time stamped so you can tell that I know one I obviously a gnat.
