Had a great stay in a convenient location. No problems other than trying to check-in with the trip reservation, for some reason that’s been tricky lately.

This hotel is in a good location off I-5. The location is also quiet despite being close to the freeway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the Park and Fly option, leaving our car at the hotel while we went on a trip. Would definitely stay here again.

We were here for less than a day…..just spending the night before an early flight. It is a short, easy, and direct drive to airport. This is what you would expect from a courtyard, maybe slightly better. Rooms were a little out of date, but clean. I have stayed in more modern rooms elsewhere that have felt dirty, so I don’t like to equate the decor to the cleanliness. I did not see any evidence of a homeless encampment. The area surrounding the hotel was clean.

Room was good towels were fluffy the company was great courtyard was good nice peaceful our room sliding door didn't lead out other than that the room was great in the bed was comfortable late in the bed all night overall didn't care for the $250 incidental hold but overall the hotel was nice we'll stay there again

Stunning lack of hospitality, customer service, and human decency. This location is uncharacteristically bad for a Marriott. Their GM, Norman, goes out of his way to avoid helping his guests and prioritizes offsite ownership profits. Despite availability and our willingness to pay the increased room rate he chose to not help us stay when our flight was canceled due to weather. I highly recommend going anywhere else in the area.

UNSAFE. Do not stay here unless you want your car broken into and windows smashed! Marriott will do nothing to help. i'm out hundreds of dollars for a new window and they still charged me for parking! marriott should take a minimum of responsibility for keeping the parking lot safe. I was told: it happens.

Elderly man who speaks little english works night shifts and he completely lied about the incidental fee being $75. He was going to charge $250. I had to cancel my reservation and couldn’t find another hotel that. worst experience at a hotel.

Stayed here to be close to airport for early am flight. Front desk was friendly. Hotel was quiet and room was clean. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were way too soft but not a big deal for one night.

Driving up you see a lot of homeless tents, can also see them from the hotel room, signs posted in the parking lot that hotel is NOT responsible for car break-ins, while checking in, I presented my $300 E-Gift certificate, which I received while making the booking and applying for their credit card, the staff said to present it to the person on duty in the morning, which I did, they ran it, gave me a new invoice, now that I m home, I see they charged the full amount to my credit card, called them, the manager is avoiding me, have left 3 voicemails within a 3 hour period, still nothing, the girl who answers the phone says, it was prepaid so they can't accept it, although I have an invoice showing they did accept n processed it, very disappointed and frustrated, don't recommend this location, avoid at all costs.
