No follow up customer notes Didn’t clean my room next day Hotel stuff keep talking outside the rooms and it was very noisy Minibar is optional by 20 usd/day

The room is great and clean and the reception where kind But there is no refrigerator in the room And the train is a little bit noisy

My experience was great, the room was clean. The only bad thing was it’s impossible to get food

My stay was perfect as usual, my only concern is anytime you go to the restaurant there is never staff available. They have you waiting for sometime before anyone appears.

The hotel is located in the suburbs of New York. The price is much cheaper than the city center. It is suitable for self-driving travel. The facilities in the store are average, the rooms are large, clean and odor-free, and the sanitation is not bad.

It’s more convenient to stay here on a business trip

The hotel is located in the suburbs of New York. The room rate for our Saturday stay is more than double that of New York City. The room is big, the bathroom is small, and the facilities are very old. Especially the quilt is super bad. I didn't sleep well, but because we were going to New York City, we were afraid of traffic jams, so we went out after 7:00 in the morning

I was at the hotel on a family weekend and for overnight stays it was good, it is not a 5 star hotel, but it is comfortable and the service was good.

We liked the proximity to the American Dream mall. The staff were very polite and friendly and the rooms were clean. The waterfall shower head was also a plus.

The staff is friendly but there is were some maintenance problems I had to addressed when I stayed the last two times.

The room was generally clean and the bed was comfortable. We. went for breakfast in the restaurant and at first there appeared to be nobody there and we had to wait to be seated. Food options were limited and I ended up with a couple of fried eggs and a dried out piece of Ham. To say the least, we never went back. The lobby had no free coffee, and offered some fruit for $3. It was disappointing stay and we won't stay there again.

When I arrived the sheets were dirty and the garbage wasn’t emptied. The housekeeper took care of those things immediately.

We stayed one nignt and it was great. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean and cozy. I gave four stars because my room did not have a refrigerator. Other than that, great stay and will stay again.

Need to fix the elevator doors, Elevator doors taking long to open, what happens if you are in a rush. But overall it’s a amazing property
