this pub/hotel is situated in a beautiful spot near Delph; there are easy to reach walks amidst the beautiful surrounding hills. Oldham is close and a bus stop is just few minutes away from the hotel. There is a light breakfast at no extra cost included in the room price.

Attended a wedding it’s a fantastic little hidden gem. Modern yet traditional Wedding venue was lovely Staff very friendly & always asking that everything’s ok Room modern & comfy Bar prices reasonable compared to other venues that over price Light breakfast included in room price cereal,tea,coffee etc or you can upgrade to full English for £8.50 Amazing chips Wanted to stay an extra day but unfortunately fully booked. Would definitely recommend

We had a lovely full English breakfast here. We booked but not too busy. The food was freshly cooked and very tasty. The price was reasonable and the hotel is lovely. We have watched this hotel grow over the years and what they have done with it is gorgeous

We stayed here for our cousins wedding and we stayed in the amazing Shepherd Huts. The venue is in amazing setting overlooking Saddleworth moors. The hut was incredible. Everything you would need , all high quality and the views are priceless. The staff who work here are equally amazing. We had a great time.

Stayed here with family for a wedding was a bit concerned looking at the previous review however this was obviously someone with an agenda! The hotel is spotless the food was amazing and the drinks were really reasonably priced two glasses of white wine and a Corona £15:50. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Will stay again when visiting family.
