The transportation is very convenient. It is an ideal place to take a break to go to Arthur Seat to take the cable car and hot springs. The room is clean and the two children are very happy sleeping on the bunk beds.

It was a perfect trip. The owner Jason and his family were very enthusiastic. We had a BBQ together in the evening and experienced a real Australian barbecue. The hotel has a very good sanitary environment, the venue is very comfortable, and the bath towels are also very soft. Parking is available at the door of the room, which is very suitable for self-driving. There is a lawn at the door, which is also suitable for bringing family and children together.

Wonderful warm greeting on arrival at reception. Great sized quiet room with very comfortable bed. Close to town and Curtesy Bus if required. Will definitely be using again Walking distance to beach and Service Station a 5 minute walk - newspapers etc

We have stayed here numerous times and it has always been clean and tidy. Rooms are large and well appointed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again when travelling to the Mornington Peninsula. Great location - close to shops etc.

We stayed 3 nights at Bay Motel Safety Beach the room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom was big & clean , they supplied coffee,tea,etc the manager is very friendly, the rates were reasonable we will visit Bay Motel again & i do recommend to other people.

The room was Awesome . Very clean! The bathroom was spacious and immaculately clean ! The management was very helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended! Great location! Close to both safety beach and dromana beach

This was an amazing place to stay, very clean with everything we needed. EXCELLENT service from Nicole, who drove us to our event & came & picked us up! Thankyou so much from our group of 6! We were all overwhelmed by the service!

This is a beautiful motel, so clean, friendly and helpful staff, well appointed and such a comfortable bed. Good sized room, great bathroom products. Really close to restaurants, pubs etc. Highly recommended

The receptionist was sooo lovely!! She was so nice and made me feel very welcome. The place is nice and clean. Great bathrooms, hair dryer was in bathroom, fridge had water and rooms coffee / tea. Easy parking. Umbrellas available when it’s raining out.
