Worst hotel ever . They are liars . I called after booking for 2 minutes i booked the wrong area and they said yes we will cancel and return your money . But o found out he did not ! The typical scammer. . And booking should be more helpfull and professional with their customer service . That is why the hotels scam because the support service is weak and not interracting .

Hotel has nice location, not in the historical centrer, but nearby in the modern part of the city, you have a lot of convenience stores, restaurants with cheap prices, and very close to the historical part of city. Staff is very kind. Breakfast is in form of buffet, nothing special, but just enough. It is very loudly in the room, walls are completely not soundproof, and there is a lot of loud noise from the very busy street. Car parking is just parking at the street in front of hotel, so not best option, but it is. Please note despite AC is mentioned in the offer, there were no remote controller to turn it on, and at reception they told us AC is not working. Given that you can find better hotel for less money, I had bigger expectations to this hotel.

The location is better, the house is older, so the facilities and sanitation are average, but the buffet breakfast is better, the supply is sufficient, and the quality is good, which can make up for the average in other aspects. Overall it's acceptable.

The room is newly painted. The picture looks good, but the actual quality is very poor. The air conditioner in the house is just a decoration and cannot be used. The front desk does not understand English and it is difficult to communicate. The actual half-star rating given by Ctrip is about the same as that of domestic guesthouses. It is not recommended to stay here. I hope Ctrip will remove this room from the shelves.
