It is Toyoko inn, Japan's largest hotel chain, very cost-effective hotel, very new, looks like a newly renovated, very clean, even the bathroom has no sanitary corner, the bath water is very hot and very comfortable. Although there is not much to do in Atsugi, this hotel is worth recommending. It is a five-star hotel. Train station, convenience store, shopping mall in walking distance. Located in the middle of Tokyo and Mt Fuji. Stay here if you are looking for peace, stay out of the city crowd (especially Tokyo, Shinjuku area), but you have to sacrifice some travelling time. We had a chill and relax trip, and really had fun throughout our 8nights stay here. Hotel's receptionist can communicate well in English, but not to nearby shops/stores. No worries much cause simple English or google translate works well too in Japan. Hotel does provide self service laundry at 3rd floor (few hundred yens only to both wash & dry)

The location is good, the room is renovated or beautiful? Some places. The air conditioner remains old and sounds quite good. It is because guests stay at a high price hotel to experience the extraordinary feeling, and I think that the real pleasure of staying at a hotel is to enjoy the equipment and amenities that the hotel is particular about. Even so, this hotel stingy with a toothbrush. (One ５００ You can choose whether to buy a high bamboo toothbrush or bring it with you in the mystery of the yen) There are only the minimum amenities in the room. I stayed there one night as lodging on Yokota Air Base was not available. I am a member of Toyoko Inn and I had ten points from previous stays in other Toyoko Inns giving me a free stay. The location is great. Multiple convenience stores one which is right outside the entrance. Also there is a supermarket and taxi stand close by. Excellent and very informative staff. The room was a typical Toyoko Inn room. Very small, but you had everything. Staff very friendly and informative if you needed information.

It was convenient because it was close to the station and there was a parking lot. The key is not a card, but the staff are kind. Breakfast was also very good

The cooling/heating in the room is not very controlled, and there is a smell in the corridor of the room. However, it is in an excellent location. There are everything around, including convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, department stores, stations...there are many parking lots around. There are hotels, but they can only park small cars. If given the chance, I would still choose this hotel.
