Hotel grand has untrained staff. Facilities are also incomplete.

The ambience looks and feel was good. Parking was big and safe. Bathroom was clean but did not had shampoo and handwash. Food was average. However, the not so good part was reception staff behavior. We were billed for food which we never ordered and the billed time was the one when we checked-in. Reception girl was very rude and taking things for granted with hit back response. This service will hold me back from visiting again or advising anyone for this hotel.

Excellent place to stay in sagar. Newly donor large and spacious rooms. Clean washroom with decent toiletries and hot water. Delicious pure veg food. Staff is very courteous. I couldn't go for breakfast so they served it in room. Best place to stay at sagar.

Breakfast quality was so bad. Served oily food. Also after check in lots of insects were there in the room. They haven't change the room and did nothing to get rid off insects.

The hotel is located at the start of sagar district, stayed for the night only, food service was quick and room was clean. For a night didn't have much to do but stay was pleasant

Location is fine if you are travel-ling through sagar city. 18kms of extremely bad roads from nh 44. Not recommended if travel-ling via nh4
