Not upto the mark. Poor maintenance, bad toilet. Stinking room. Food also not good. Proper dusting not done on the room. Old furnitures.

The pool was not functioning. We inquired if it's working at the time of check in and they said it is working fine when it was actually not. Not even the next day. This is cheating.

Didn't offered any complimentary welcome drink as mentioned while booking. Even after asking for water they replied "koi baat nhi sir" ameneties like swimming pool, spa etc. Was not operational. I have to ask for things like towel, slippers, dental kit, sugar again and again. Then they gave it to me. Overall the services was not worth it for the price we have to pay.
