L'hôtel Radisson Blu à Saïdia est vraiment exceptionnel en termes de service! Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant et attentionné, toujours prêt à répondre à vos besoins et à rendre votre séjour mémorable. Leur service est vraiment de qualité supérieure, ce qui contribue à une expérience client inoubliable.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à l’hôtel radisson Blu résidence, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le personnel spécialement Mounir et Nacer, toujours disponible et souriant, la chambre était spacieuse propre et bien équipée avec une vue magnifique, les installations de l’hôtel était bien entretenues et accessibles, la station de l’hôtel est idéale, à proximité de la station marina , nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. 👍👍👍👍

Excellent experience of extremely clean apartments, quality bedding, the manager very present and welcoming, responds to our requests. Totally available. Magnificent location, on the edge of the Marina, in the middle of the Mediterranean. Lots of activities available. Excellent and very varied meal, buffet and a la carte.

Always the same mediocre reception staff.. I ended up adding Harold's third night, fortunately he still can't find the reservation on their database. He gives me as an excuse that the reservation was made in the other Radisson blue hotel which was just behind I explain to him that it is not possible because I selected this one correctly He ends up going behind to their room to check then comes back to see me and tells me that I have booked in the hotel behind but that they will give me a room here I don't find that logical I think rather than lying anyway in short he ends up giving me my room 'hotel 20 minutes later.. I really advise you not to put this person at reception because they will scare away customers little by little..

I am very upset following my reservation on the ******* application, I paid for a room with a double bed with a sea view for €20 more from December 29 to 31. Arrived at the hotel, the wait is long and they are not aware of my reservation despite the proof of reservations that I received by email from you. Finally they accompany me to a room which is not the one I reserved: 2 separate beds, no view of the sea Amine the receptionist tells me that the only rooms overlooking the sea are the suites and he leaves me like that in a room with a view of the swimming pool and not the sea, very unpleasant person.

I recently stayed at this residence hotel with my family and it was an exceptional experience. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed, providing ample space for all members of our family. Additionally, the staff were incredibly welcoming and warm, providing helpful advice on nearby family activities. The children's facilities were also impressive. Overall, this hotel is perfect for families looking to have a fun and comfortable vacation. We highly recommend it.

Very nice experience, very clean residence, very friendly staff, the rooms are very clean, spacious, the quality bedding, the magnificent view of the sea, the food is good and tasty, I would return without hesitation, my children and we ourselves have adored. Sincerely, this so-called 5* hotel dishonors the 5* category. Incompetent welcome, poorly trained, very poor quality of service, attempted scams (payment on arrival...and on departure...for the same service) Dirty room, non-existent maintenance staff, absent laundry service, mediocre and expensive catering, booking com reservations totally ignored, lots of customers who find themselves without accommodation because they booked on *********** and it do not have a room, on-booking.com galore, Really disappointed with this hotel whose mediocrity is blatant, many of us are disappointed.
