Okay can I really complain about a single room that was 2850 per night and 2min away from the JR Saijo Station? Nah, I don't think so. It was a run-down single room, but they kept it very clean as far as I could tell. It only looks dirty because of how old everything is. In the end the room has all the basic stuff a single should have, no frills. The doors and walls are not soundproof at all so you can hear everything, but the guests were really quiet so I could sleep alright.
