Premier Inn Luton South (M1, J9)

Very nice hotel We came here to stay for the night as we landed at Luton airport very early in the morning and this hotel was a very comfortable place to stay The food is very tasty and and the beds are very comfortable Overall a perfect retreat for a night or two if you need somewhere to stay

Rooms are horrendous. Absolutely dusty, bathroom and rooms need a serious dust and deep clean. limescale and dust everywhere. Heating doesn’t work so they give you plug in heaters which barely heat up the room. Horrible spider infestation, dead spiders everywhere showing that the haven’t cleaned the rooms for days, otherwise how could they be missed cobwebs in the rooms and all over the reception. During my 2 night stay i encountered 3 live spiders, which were massive. We had to purchase our own cleaning products to clean the room. I have never experience a premier inn this bad! The dust was unbearable and having 1 receptionist is not convienient especially in an emergency.

I stayed in Premier inn Luton South had a truly horrible day from start to finish the only saving grace was Sandra on Reception what a lovely helpful professional lady, think she recognised my stress levels where through the roof on arrival at immediately put me at east little laugh bit of chocolate perfect, rooms spotless as well highly recommend. Thanks Again Sandra amazing

You’re not checking in expecting five-star luxury, you’re here for comfort, convenience, and a decent night’s sleep. And guess what? It delivers. The staff? Friendly, efficient—no nonsense, just gets you what you need. You want a quiet stay before hitting Luton Airport or a pit stop on a road trip? Boom, this place has you covered. Now, the food. The adjacent pub does the trick, nothing fancy, but enough to satisfy those pre-flight or post-drive cravings. And hey, for the price? It’s a steal. Only downside? It’s not exactly overflowing with character, but it’s a Premier Inn, not a Wes Anderson set. All in all, it’s a reliable choice that won’t break the bank.

Poor service if you could even call it service the gent barely said a word at check in not even hello, Basic room as expected with semi standard of cleaning stains up the back of the bathroom door. The carpark is absolutely littered with insane potholes so be careful. If your not heading to the airport at crazy o'clock and live far away so need to be near then I wouldn't stay here just for another reason

Stayed September 2024 night before an early flight from Luton airport. Everything was as expected. Good location, 10mins to Luton airport, good parking, good check in, clean comforterable room and quiet. Next door there is a large Harvester pub/restaurant. for an evening meal. Would stay again if using Luton airport.
