At check-in we were informed that continental breakfast, common room and exercise room were Not available due to remodel. We should have been informed long before arrival. We would have stayed elsewhere. Not okay with this.

We booked our room on line. When we got to the Inn we found the front door closed with a note saying to enter by the side entrance. We did so to find that the check-in desk had been moved to what we could only describe as a broom closet. We were told that he lobby was under construction and there was no breakfast area available for the complementary breakfast. A Keurig was available in our room, but it was a poor substitute. Nothing was mentioned of this inconvenience when we booked and we feel cheated out on the amount the room cost us. We will think twice before coming back although this location had been a frequent place to stay while visiting relatives. We should have received some discount, but were told we could walk to a near by Dunkin's for our breakfast - not quite what we expected. Maybe they could have worked something out with Dunkin ahead of this.

The place is in the middle of being renovated. First floor is very dusty. You have to use side door which is not secured. No coffee and a bag breakfast. The room we had was comfortable but you can hear people walking above us. We were told there was no management on site and given a business card with the managers phone number. I was disappointed

I feel like my stay and your staff was overall good. I just felt like because of all the renovation going on, there was no morning breakfast, or juice/coffee. No place to sit anywhere but my room, no computer to log into for help on finding ******* or any other directory. There were also no trash bags in the actual trash bins. And only one small bar of soap. I honestly dropped that in the sink and decided not to use it again on my first night. The shower was great though. I’m not complaining but I feel for over 200 dollars a night, and I stayed 2 nights in a row, there should have been more of a discount. Thank you for your time

Check in was a mess and they took forever to try and fix it and still isn't fully fixed. But the room was great wasn't messy was actually cleaned for once the way it wasn't supposed to be

Perfect for a short stop along the road, but for what you get a little overpriced. The staff are great, although they lock up at 11 pm due to a couple of issues they previously had.
