Was not very happy with this hotel for being a hilton. We got to the hotel and we were told that our upgrade room the toilet was out of order. We were given a standard room to only have the same issue with the toilet in that room. So got changed again. The carpet in the entire hotel was disgusting and dirty. The shower in our room in the cracks had mold. These bookings are not inexpensive for the hilton company to not invest and upgrade the hotel. Also for what is served at breakfast it should be included instead of paying extra.

Check in was not good. We were with a group all going to a wedding and traveling some distance. We asked several time to be notified as soon as our rooms were ready. That did not happen. If I had not kept checking who knows what would have happened. The lobby is very small and we were directly in front of the check in desk. We were all pacing and obviously anxious. We could have at least been able to process check in so that we could go straight to our rooms but no. We had 20 minutes to completely dress for a formal event.

Will not return. Bed very uncomfortable which contributed to poor sleep. Pillow also terrible. Bed and pillows need to be thrown out. Location to beach is across the road. High level of beach erosion. Hotel looks to be recently painted and lobby updated.

Loved it! Had a great stay! Very conveniently located. Fun and delicious donut shop right across the street, and other local places within a short walk. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was nice, clean and spacious. You can tell it is an older hotel that was nicely renovated , but it became problematic when every time we returned to our room our key no longer worked . This happened 6 times so it became frustrating and the elevator needs maintenance. That’s a whole other issue.
